A custody battle between Kaine Horman and his former wife, Terri Moulton-Horman, has been settled, KOIN 6 News has confirmed.

A three-day custody hearing was scheduled for next week to determine who would have legal custody of their 5-year-old daughter. In December, Horman and Moulton finalized their divorce in an emergency hearing.

KOIN 6 News has obtained court records that indicate the custody hearing before Judge Henry Kantor has been canceled because the matter has been settled. Specific details of the agreement the settlement were not available.

News of the settlement comes four years after the disappearance of 7-year-old Kyron Horman.

The Skyline School student was last seen at his Northwest Multnomah County school on June 4, 2010. The county sheriff’s office and regional search-and-rescue teams launched the largest search ever for the boy, but he has not been found.

Kyron’s disappearance is still under investigation.

Terri Moulton-Horman is not a suspect in the disappearance. No charges have been filed in the case.
