Police officers arrived on scene within minutes then searched the area, but the suspect was not located. The victim reports riding her bicycle around the track when the suspect came up from behind her, reached underneath her arms and groped her chest. Despite having multiple patrons in the park, police were unable to locate any witnesses to the incident. The suspect is described as a light-skinned Hispanic man last seen wearing a yellow T-shirt with skateboard design on front, black athletic shorts, black Airwalk tennis shoes with a swastika symbol and red hat. Clean shaven, he reportedly had a swastika tattoo on his left elbow, a bue tattoo with cursive writing on his left forearm and a large scar around the outside of his left eye.
