  • Enrique Naranjo, 31, was taken into custody for attempting to elude a police officer in a vehicle, attempting to elude a police officer on foot and on a probation violation detainer near S.W. JP West Road and S.W. 1st Street.

  • Judson Lovell, 50, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving following a traffic crash on Scappoose-Vernonia Highway near Columbia River Highway. There were no injuries.

  • Gregory Reynolds, 37, of Vernonia, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and for assault, attempted murder and felon in possession of a firearm at a residence in the 58000 block of Nehalem Highway S in Vernonia.
  • Glen Reynolds, 64, and Donna Reynolds, 63, both of Vernonia, and Fawn Cecil, 35, of Timber, were arrested for hindering prosecution at a residence in the 58000 block of Nehalem Highway S in Vernonia.
  • Julie Joy, 48, of Vernonia, was arrested on an outstanding warrant at a residence in the 59000 block of Sword Place in Vernonia.
