A man arrested in May for exposing himself to police officers during a traffic stop was rearrested last week on a felony warrant and was also charged with possession and delivery of methamphetamines.
Scappoose police officers say Kent Senef, 54, was stopped last Wednesday, July 19, on a traffic stop in the 51000 block of Columbia River Highway in Scappoose. Senef had a warrant for his arrest, but officers also noted he had methamphetamines.
Just a few months prior, Senef was arrested in Scappoose alongside Bethany Cannard, who was in the car with Senef at the time of the May 17 traffic stop, during which he reportedly exposed his genitals to an officer.
Police said they later discovered the man hiding a meth pipe that wasn't initially detected at the time of the traffic stop.
Jail records show Senef was released by Tuesday.
