Scappoose High's Vision Dance earns fifth place in its division at OSAA state competition. The competition was held Saturday, March 17, at Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Portland.

The team competed against nine other teams in its division during the preliminary round of competition Friday before making the top six cut to compete in the finals Saturday.

The team earned a score of 76.68, narrowly missing a fourth-place position by 0.57 points.

The show titled, "Anybody Out There?," featured a mashup of "Is There Anybody Out There?" and "Hey You" by rock band Pink Floyd.
