Corvettes draw a crowd at Suburban Ford
Characters from all over Oregon came to show off their cars at the Rose City Corvette Summer Cruise-In on Saturday, July 8. The Sandy Mountain Festival event, held at Suburban Ford, 37000 Highway 26, drew in quite a crowd.
Years, colors and models varied across the lot, allowing for everyone who attended to have a favorite, and entrants not only got to promote their own vintage vehicles, but they also got to judge others.
For their registration, participants received a dash plaque, a commemorative T-shirt and a goody bag.
Food and live music were also available to enjoy, and raffle prizes for rewards, such as one blue and white custom 2017 Ford Mustang coupe, were sold throughout the day.
All proceeds from the event will benefit Doernbecher Children's Hospital.
