Timberwolf boys top Barlow to move to 3-0
GRESHAM — Another game, another win for the Tualatin High School boys basketball team.
The Timberwolves moved go 3-0 on the young season by rolling to an 84-70 win over Barlow in a non-league game played Friday at Barlow High School.
Senior Alexis Angeles paced Tualatin in the victory with 24 points. Junior Jack Rose added 15 points and junior Caden Dickson scored 10.
Tualatin was slated to host Oregon City in a non-league game on Wednesday. Results of that game weren't available when the Times went to press.
The Wolves will be back in action on Friday when they play at Centennial in a non-league game starting at 7 p.m.
On Wednesday, Tualatin will open play at the South Albany tournament with a 1 p.m. game against Woodburn at South Albany High School.
The Tualatin girls basketball team improved to 2-1 on the season by running to a 58-32 victory over North Eugene in a non-league game played Friday at Tualatin High School.
Tualatin was slated to host Lakeridge in a Three Rivers League opener on Wednesday. Results of that game weren't available when the Times went to press.
The Wolves will play at Lake Oswego on Friday in a Three Rivers League contest starting at 7 p.m.
