Sunday, Dec. 18

• 7 a.m.: Police arrested Justin Denis Rosenthal, 29, of Woodburn, in the 1900 block of Jansen Way, and he was charged with contempt of court.

Tuesday, Dec. 20

• 5:29 p.m.: Police arrested Rogelio Guerrero-Villareal, 51, of Woodburn, in the 200 block of Ogle Street, and he was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and failure to appear.

Thursday, Dec. 22

• 3:06 p.m.: Police arrested Isaias Lopez, 36, of Hubbard, in the 100 block of Bradley Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault, coercion and menacing.

Saturday, Dec. 24

• 3:34 a.m.: Police arrested Joshuah Lambert Haworth, 35, at Wal-Mart, and he was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and shoplifting.

Sunday, Dec. 25

• 11:20 p.m.: Police arrested Erica Marie Garcia, 29, of Woodburn, in the 1100 block of North Fifth Street, and she was charged with second-degree trespass.

Monday, Dec. 26

• 12:19 a.m.: Police arrested Blanca Ofelia Sosa De Herrera, 46, of Salem, at the intersection of North Pacific Highway and Mount Hood Avenue, and she was charged with DUII.

• 4:17 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 10:49 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 3100 block of Linda Street.

• 11:43 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 600 block of Young Street.

• 1:38 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1500 block of Willow Avenue.

• 7:19 p.m.: Police arrested Bryce Allen Kenyon, 24, of Woodburn, on charges of first-degree criminal mischief and hit and run at the intersection of Parr Road and Settlemier Avenue.
