Suspect stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the Woodburn KFC

The Woodburn Police Department is investigating a robbery in which a suspect stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the Woodburn KFC at approximately 11:20 a.m. Jan. 8.

Woodburn Police Department detectives are investigating a person of interest, but the department has not yet released further details, including the name of the suspect.

According to a Metcom 911 Facebook post, the suspect was an armed robber who left Woodburn in a blue teal-colored Honda Civic. According to Metcom, the suspect was arrested by the Lebanon Police Department.

The Albany Democrat-Herald reported Monday that Lebanon Police Department officers pulled over a Honda vehicle matching the description before 1 p.m. Sunday and arrested its two occupants on outstanding warrants. Lebanon police identified the individuals as Jeremy Greg Brooks, 28, and Keaton Lucas Robinson, 29, both of Lebanon.

According to Linn County Sheriff's Office records from Monday, the two men were held at the Linn County Jail. Robinson was held for a parole violation, while Brooks was held for a probation violation, failure to appear and contempt of court.

Linn County Sheriff's Office records on Thursday no longer show Brooks on the inmate roster. Robinson is still held at the Linn County Jail, and his records show two additional charges: second-degree robbery and criminal conspiracy.
