Wednesday, Jan. 25

• 2:09 a.m.: Police arrested Juan Jesus Mendoza, 28, of Woodburn, in the 900 block of North Front Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault and harassment.

Friday, Jan. 27

• 2:18 a.m.: Police arrested Chelsea Marie Arredondo, 26, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of East Lincoln Street, and she was charged with failure to appear.

• 1:40 p.m.: Police arrested Jessica Lorraine Cavan, 34, of Gervais, at Woodburn Premium Outlets, and she was charged with shoplifting.

Saturday, Jan. 28

• 2:54 p.m.: Police arrested Carla D. Gamboa, 22, of Molalla, in the 1600 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and she was charged with shoplifting.

• 5:19 p.m.: Police arrested Phillip Daniel Aronhalt, 23, at North Fifth and West Hayes streets, and he was charged with possession of methamphetamine and first-degree theft.

• 5:55 p.m.: Police arrested Ruby Veronica Martinez, 27, of Woodburn, at Woodburn Premium Outlets, and she was charged with first-degree theft.

Sunday, Jan. 29

• 1:12 a.m.: Police arrested Andrew E. Kjostad, 28, of Woodburn, at Grant and Front streets, and he was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, interfering with a police officer, possession of burglar tools and probation violation.

• 2:47 a.m.: Police arrested Armando Garcia-Campos, 21, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Gatch and Blaine streets, and he was charged with DUII.

• 3:11 a.m.: Police arrested Daniel Ramirez Hernandez, 25, of Woodburn, at Newberg Highway and Lawson Avenue, and he was charged with DUII.

Monday, Jan. 30

• 4:26 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle at Wal-Mart.

• 8:04 a.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 1300 block of Park Avenue.

• 12:42 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 2600 block of Newberg Highway.

• 3:45 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2600 block of North Boones Ferry Road.

• 5:12 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 900 block of Brown Street.

• 6:56 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of Arney Road.

• 7:34 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at Wal-Mart.

• 8:02 p.m.: Police arrested Ed Manuel Solano, 18, of Woodburn, at Safeway, and he was charged with shoplifting.

• 8:14 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 100 block of Oak Street.

• 8:13 a.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 600 block of Church Street.

• 8:54 a.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 1200 block of North Fifth Street.

• 11:59 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism at Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 12:12 p.m.: Police responded to a report of trespass in the 100 block of North Front Street.

• 12:20 p.m.: Police arrested Efrain Cuanas-Games, 60, of Woodburn, in the 100 block of North Front Street, and he was charged with second-degree criminal trespass.

• 1:19 p.m.: Police responded to two reports of theft at Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 8:12 p.m.: Police arrested Daniel Harley Marrow, 44, of Woodburn, in the 700 block of East Lincoln Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault and menacing.

• 9:15 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of Stark Street.

Wednesday, Feb. 1

• 5:10 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 600 block of Young Street.

• 1:59 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 1500 block of Sallal Road.

• 2:09 p.m.: Police arrested Jose Manuel Maldonado, 30, of Woodburn, in the 400 block of Tooze Street, and he was charged with possession of methamphetamine and violation of parole. An hour later, police arrested Teodoro Cortez-Enriquez, 31, of Woodburn, and also charged him with possession of methamphetamine as well as failure to appear.

• 3:59 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1600 block of Tomlin Avenue.

• 4:23 p.m.: Police arrested Sergio Zepeda-Salinas, 57, of Woodburn, and he was charged with contempt of court.

• 7:20 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting at Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 7:45 p.m.: Police arrested Wilfrido Manriquez, 38, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of North Fifth Street and he was charged with first-degree burglary and second-degree theft, in addition to charges issued earlier in the day for a warrant and interfering with a police officer.

• 9:23 p.m.: Police arrested Kohl Elias Carrillo, 22, of Woodburn, in the 2300 block of West Hayes Street, and he was charged with purse snatching. Three hours later, police arrested Michelle Basilia Ruiz, 28, of Salem, with the same crime in the same location.

Thursday, Feb. 2

• 8:20 a.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 900 block of Parr Road.

• 9:48 a.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 1100 block of North Front Street.

• 11:27 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1300 block of Woodland Avenue.

• 2:07 p.m.: Police responded to a report of fraud at Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 2:22 p.m.: Police arrested Alex Efim Martusheff, 42, of Marion County, in the 1300 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with violation of parole.

• 11:25 p.m.: Police arrested Josafat Martinez, 25, in the 900 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with arrest on warrant.

Friday, Feb. 3

• 1:12 a.m.: Police arrested Blanca Ofelia Sosa De Herrera, 46, of Salem, at the intersection of Park Avenue and East Lincoln Street, and she was charged with driving while suspended.

• 2:02 a.m.: Police arrested Virgilio Alejandro Ramirez-Hernandez, 30, of Woodburn, in the 400 block of North Front Street, and he was charged with second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, probation violation and first-degree theft.

• 11:59 a.m.: Police arrested Jose Miguel Gonzalez, 27, of Woodburn, in the 300 block of Baylor Drive, and he was charged with attempting to elude police in a vehicle, harassment and violation of a restraining order.

• 8:39 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 800 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 5:59 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1500 block of North Pacific Highway.

Wednesday, Feb. 1

• 12:10 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle on Towers Lane.

• 7:03 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 500 block of Lincoln Street.

• 9:10 p.m.: Police arrested Franky Rodriguez, 23, of Mount Angel, in the 100 block of East Charles Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault.

Friday, Feb. 3

• 5:08 p.m.: Police arrested Lazaro Banuelos-Gonzalez, 42, of Mount Angel, in the 400 block of Railroad Avenue, and he was charged with DUII, driving while suspended, driving uninsured and illegal display of plates.

• 9:27 p.m.: Police assisted with a fire on Towers Lane.
