• 11:59 a.m.: Police arrested Yazmin Pacheco Mendez, 29, of Gervais, in the 2300 block of South Settlemier Avenue, and she was charged with hit and run.

Wednesday, June 7

• 6:19 p.m.: Police arrested Timofey Efimoff, 34, of Marion County, in the 21000 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and he was charged with failure to appear.

Thursday, June 8

• 5:25 p.m.: Police arrested Jose Manuel Maldonado, 31, of Woodburn, in the 2600 block of West Hayes Street, and he was charged with violation of parole.

• 7:56 p.m.: Police arrested Octavio Iglesias Garcia, 44, of Kent, Wash., in the 2600 block of North Settlemier Avenue, and he was charged with arrest on warrant and possession of methamphetamine.

Friday, June 9

• 2:36 a.m.: Police arrested Eduardo Alexis Garcia-Montes, 20, of Woodburn, in the 2100 block of Grant Street, and he was charged with second-degree assault, menacing, three counts of first-degree robbery, and unlawful use of a weapon.

• 6:26 p.m.: Police arrested Rigoberto Ordonez-Cardona, 23, of Woodburn, in the 2900 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with hit and run.

Saturday, June 10

• 4:04 p.m.: Police arrested Miguel Angel Nava Gonzalez, 18, of Woodburn, in the 2600 block of North Second Street, and he was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Monday, June 12

• 6:52 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1300 block of North Second Street.

• 9:28 a.m.: Police arrested Robert John Brehm, 46, of Marion County, in the 22000 block of Tom Tennant Drive, and he was charged with violation of parole.

• 9:36 p.m.: Police arrested Steven Jimenez, Jr., 33, of Woodburn, at the intersection of West Lincoln Street and North Court, and he was charged with driving while suspended.

Tuesday, June 13

• 2:56 a.m.: Police arrested Irvin Alan Puga-Rodriguez, 22, of Woodburn, at the intersection of East Lincoln and Gatch streets, and he was charged with arrest on warrant and possession of methamphetamine.

• 9:01 a.m.: Police arrested Daniel Mireles, 19, of Woodburn, in the 1700 block of Tierra Lynn Drive, and he was charged with five counts of vandalism and failure to appear.

• 8:01 p.m.: Police arrested Vidal Aguilera Jr., 28, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Hardcastle and Park avenues, and he was charged with possession of methamphetamine.

• 9:21 p.m.: Police arrested Alexey Fefelov, 39, of Prattville, Ala., in the 21000 block of Newberg Highway, and he was charged with attempting to elude police and possession of methamphetamine.

Wednesday, June 14

• 1:23 a.m.: Police arrested David Garcia Hernandez, 22, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Young Street and Pacific Highway, and he was charged with DUII, hit and run, and reckless driving.

• 7:39 a.m.: Police responded to seven reports of graffiti in the 300 to 600 blocks of North First and Grant streets.

• 11:23 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 900 block of Lawson Avenue.

• 11:04 a.m.: Police arrested Pablo Leonardo Menchaca, 25, of Woodburn, in the 800 block of Pana Street, and he was charged with three counts of fourth-degree assault and harassment.

• 2:50 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 400 block of McLaughlin Drive.

• 8:49 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 900 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 4:21 p.m.: Police arrested Morgan Haase, 23, of Mount Angel, on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of burglar tools. Police also arrested Jessica Hatfield, 26, of Mount Angel, for possession of a stolen vehicle, first-degree forgery and possession of methamphetamine in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue.

• 1:58 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft of a chainsaw from someone's vehicle in the 100 block of Gilles Street. Half an hour later, another report of theft from a vehicle was reported in the 600 block of North Main Street.

Saturday, June 17

• 10:52 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue.

• 11:50 a.m.: Police responded to a report of harassment in the 300 block of North Main Street. A subject reportedly poured coffee on another person in anger over a money dispute. The victim was uninjured and unwilling to press charges.

Sunday, June 18

• 8:42 a.m.: Police responded to a report of items stolen from a vehicle in the 400 block of West Marquam Street. Half an hour later, three more vehicles in the same location were reportedly broken into, with several items stolen.

• 10:04 a.m.: Police responded to a report of tires being slashed in the 400 block of Lincoln Street.

• 11:51 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle on Towers Lane.

Monday, June 19

• 12:21 a.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Abbey Drive.

Tuesday, June 20

• 6:03 a.m.: Police made a traffic stop at the intersection of College and Main streets, a citation was issued for failure to obey a traffic control device. Jorge Ronzon-Hortega, 49, of Mount Angel, a passenger in the vehicle, was arrested and charged with failure to appear.
