• 1:05 p.m.: Police arrested Mauricio Diaz Ortiz, 35, of Woodburn, in the 400 block of Doud Street, and he was charged with three counts of second-degree vandalism and second-degree trespassing.

Wednesday, Aug. 30

• 9:02 p.m.: Police arrested Robert Scott Wood, 55, of Woodburn, in the 1400 block of Umpqua Court, and he was charged with failure to appear.

Thursday, Aug. 31

• 3:20 p.m.: Police arrested Deanna Jo Coen, 23, of Oregon City, in the 2200 block of North Pacific Highway, and she was charged with second-degree burglary.

• 7:26 p.m.: Police arrested Kimberly Uriarte-Para, 22, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Young and Gatch streets, and she was charged with failure to appear. Also arrested was Jhonie De Jesus Sanchez, 25, of Woodburn, who was charged with second-degree trespassing, interfering with a police officer and possession of methamphetamine.

Friday, Sept. 1

• 2:33 p.m.: Police arrested Stephen Keith Knewitz, 61, of Marion County, at the Woodburn Premium Outlets and he was charged with fourth-degree assault.

• 11:23 p.m.: Police arrested Ana L. Morales, 24, of Falls City, in the 100 block of Arney Road and she was charged with furnishing alcohol to a minor. Also arrested was Daniel Olmos-Cerda, 18, of Marion County, who was charged with minor in possession of alcohol.

Saturday, Sept. 2

• 3:50 a.m.: Police arrested Dennis Giron, 29, of Woodburn, in the 600 block of Julie Court, and he was charged with first-degree assault, third-degree assault, and unlawful use of a weapon (possess illegally).

• 9:58 p.m.: Police arrested Jorge Ramirez Funes Ramirez, 26, of Woodburn, in the 300 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.

Sunday, Sept. 3

• 1:04 a.m.: Police arrested Annisa Faviola Orozco-Dick, 26, of Marion County, in the 600 block of West Hayes Street and she was charged with distribution of heroin and distribution of methamphetamine.

• 5:40 a.m.: Police arrested Elias Lopez-Mendoza, 25, of Woodburn, in the 100 block of Grant Street and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 3:25 p.m.: Police arrested Karl Dean Homola, 31, of Battle Ground, Washington, in the 900 block of North Pacific Avenue, and he was charged with second-degree shoplifting, and possession of methamphetamine.

• 7:41 p.m.: Police arrested Brian Joseph Boutin, 35, of Lebanon, at Walmart, and he was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, possession of methamphetamine and violation of parole.

• 8:52 p.m.: Police arrested Daniel Alejandro Silva Garcia, at the intersection of Fifth and Fir streets, and he was charged with failure to appear and possession of methamphetamine.

• 11:16 p.m.: Police arrested Leilani Sugey Vazquez Osornio, 26, Leticia Vazquez Osornio, 48, and Rodrigo Morales Camilo, 26, all of Woodburn, in the 300 block of North Pacific Highway. All were charged with fourth-degree assault.

Monday, Sept. 4

• 2:15 p.m.: Police responded to a vandalism report in the 1600 block of West Lincoln Street.

• 3:01 p.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 1300 block of Cooley Road.

• 8:44 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

Tuesday, Sept. 5

• 1:29 a.m.: Police arrested Marta Valenciano, 31, of Woodburn, in the 900 block of Cascade Drive, and she was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.

• 7:21 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 600 block of North Fourth Street.

• 11:56 a.m.: Police arrested Sammy Nino, 48, of Woodburn, in the 900 block of High Street, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 6:39 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of Gatch Street.

• 7:56 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 10:17 a.m.: Police responded to a report of fraud at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 4:54 p.m.: Police responded to a report of shoplifting in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue.

• 2:38 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle at the intersection of Settlemier Avenue and Newberg Highway.

• 3:55 a.m.: Police arrested Griselda Acevedo-Romero, 20, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of Young Street, and she was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, and failure to appear. Also arrested was Juan Roque-Hernandez, 24, and he was charged with two-counts of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, second-degree of criminal trespass. Juan Guaquin Garcia Villa, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, and failure to appear.

• 8:41 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1100 block of East Lincoln Street.

• 2:22 p.m.: Police arrested Elias Aguilar-Manzano, in the 100 block of Oak Street, and he was charged with harassment.

9:13 p.m.: Police arrested Manuel Santiago Enriquez, 20, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Hardcastle Avenue and Queen City Boulevard, and he was charged with DUII.

Friday, Sept. 8

• 8:35 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 200 block of Marshall Street.

• 12:15 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 500 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 3:30 p.m.: Police conducted a narcotics investigation in the 700 block of Evergreen Road.

• 4:37 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1000 block of Williams Avenue.

• 5:21 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 2600 block of Creighton Street.

• 5:56 p.m.: Police responded to a report of trespassing in the 800 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 7:42 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 12:33 a.m.: Police arrested Santiago Rojas Garcia, 38, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with DUII.

• 8:23 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 100 block of South Second Street.

• 7:15 p.m.: Police arrested Jhonie De Jesus Sanchez, 25, of Woodburn, in the 800 block of North Pacific Highway and he was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing, felon in possession of a weapon, and possession of methamphetamine.

• 9:43 p.m.: Police arrested Nazario Perez-Roque, 19, of Woodburn, in the 100 block of Woodcrest Court, and he was charged with failure to appear, giving false information to a police officer, and possession of methamphetamine.

Sunday, Sept. 10

• 3:53 a.m.: Police arrested Exildo Geronimo Bautista, 26, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of Park Avenue, and he was charged with stalking.

• 12:48 p.m.: Police arrested Pablo Anselmo Estrada, at the intersection of Evergreen Road and Newberg Highway, and he was charged with hit-and-run.

• 4:41 p.m.: Police responded to a report of fraud in the 800 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 4:50 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 500 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 7:03 p.m.: Police arrested Felipe Ray Quintero, 35, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of Park Avenue, and he was charged with failure to appear, second-degree assault, second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft.

Monday, Sept. 11

• 10:15 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of Lincoln Street.

Tuesday, Sept. 12

• 9 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 500 block of North Pacific Highway.

9:36 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 800 block of Young Street.

• 3:19 p.m.: Police arrested Cristian Patricio Lopez-Sanchez, 19, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 11:25 p.m.: Police arrested Jacqueline Lee Johnson, 60, of Woodburn, in the 600 block of West Hayes Street, and she was charged with failure to appear.

• 11:43 p.m.: Police arrested Mauricio Diaz-Ortiz, 35, of Woodburn, in the 600 block of North Front Street, and he was charged with four counts of failure to appear.

• 8:21 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen Honda Sedan from a residence on Juniper Avenue.

• 1 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen Honda Sedan out of Vancouver, Washington., and it was recovered on Fourth Street.

Wednesday, Sept. 13

• 6:22 p.m.: Police arrested Gregorio Miranda, 32, of Gervais, and he was charged with a probation violation.

Tuesday, Sept. 5

• 9:44 p.m.: Police arrested Carlos Francisco Ibarra, 37, of Hubbard, in the 2000 block of Walnut Court, and he was charged with two counts of fourth-degree assault.

Thursday, Sept. 7

• 12:34 p.m.: Police arrested Fernando Garcia-Monroy, 45, at the intersection of G and First streets, and he was charged with failure to carry a license and possession of methamphetamine. Also arrested was Jordan Rodriquez-Ibarra, 18, and he was charged with possession of methamphetamine.

Monday, Sept. 11

• 1:13 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 3000 block of Fourth Street.

Friday, Sept. 15

• 2:14 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 3000 block of First Street.

Monday, Sept. 4

• 3:22 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism at the intersection of East Charles and North Main streets. The officer found broken glass in the roadway and damage to the Chamber of Commerce flowers.

Tuesday, Sept. 5

• 12:16 a.m.: Police arrested Juan Carlos-Tejerano, 25, of Canby, in the 500 block of Wilco Highway, and he was charged with DUII.

Wednesday, Sept. 6

• 12:12 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 300 block of North Main Street. The officer didn't find any signs of illegal activity.

• 11:24 a.m.: Police arrested Emily Ontiveros, 26, of Silverton, on North Garfield Street, and she was charged with fourth-degree assault and reckless endangering.

• 12:54 p.m.: Police arrested Lacy Steiger, 31, of Mount Angel, in the 200 block of West Marquam Street, and she was charged with probation violation.

• 10:06 p.m.: Police arrested Cesar Salazar- Reyes, 29, of Mount Angel, in the 400 block of Railroad Avenue and he was charged with fourth-degree assault.

Thursday, Sept. 7

• 9:05 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle on Abbey Drive.The officer found a vehicle with a light on inside and was unable to make contact with the owner.

• 9:09 p.m.: Police arrested Mark Kaluigin, 27, of Woodburn, on a bench warrant.

Friday, Sept. 8

• 3:28 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at the intersection of Abbey Drive and College Street. The officer observed a suspiciously parked vehicle with one occupant. The officer made contact and determined no crimes had occurred.

• 8:43 p.m.: Police assisted with a fire in the 900 block of North Main Street.

Monday, Sept. 11

• 10:14 a.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting on North Garfield Street and a citizen reported that they were the victim of a scam.

• 5:50 p.m.: Police cited and released Mary Fossum, 56, of McMinnville, for driving while suspended.
