Friday, Sept. 8

• 10:42 p.m.: Police arrested Nathan Bradley Harris, 34, of Woodburn, at the intersection of East Lincoln and Bryan streets, and he was charged with failure to appear.

Saturday, Sept. 9

• 9:43 p.m.: Police arrested Nazario Perez-Rogue, 22, of Woodburn, in the 500 block of N. Settlemier Avenue, and he was charged with hit and run, and reckless driving.

Friday, Sept. 15

• 10:50 a.m.: Police arrested Fernando Antonio Garza Monroy, 45, in the 200 block of Oswald Street, and he was charged with second-degree trespassing, and theft of services.

• 3:51 p.m.: Police arrested Maritza Orobio Mendoza, 24, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of Park Avenue, and she was charged with second-degree assault, second-degree trespassing, and third-degree theft.

• 8:45 p.m.: Police arrested Mauricio Garcia-Montes, Jr., 21, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Newberg and Settlemeir, and he was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and violation of parole.

Saturday, Sept. 16

• 1:43 a.m.: Police arrested Estevan Rosales Fernandez, 20, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Stacy Allison Way and Center Street, and he was charged with felon in possession of a weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm, and violation of parole.

Sunday, Sept. 17

• 4:56 p.m.: Police arrested Anthony Howard Brannock, 36, of Woodburn, in the 1400 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and he was charged with third-degree theft.

• 6:44 p.m.: Police arrested Daniel Mireles, 20, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of Park Avenue, and he was charged with first-degree assault, menacing, attempted murder, and unlawful use of a weapon (possess illegally).

Monday, Sept. 18

• 9:23 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 500 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 10:35 a.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti, in the 200 block of Young Street.

• 5:25 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1400 block of West Lincoln Street.

• 9:15 p.m.: Police arrested Roberto Pablo Hernandez, 24, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of McKinley Street, and he was charged with harassment.

Tuesday, sept. 19

• 12:33 a.m.: Police arrested Ruben Correa-Andrade, 26, of Woodburn, in the 100 block of Arney Road, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault.

• 3:24 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 2600 block of Progress Way.

• 3:38 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 600 block of North Cascade Drive.

• 5:35 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 2800 block of Progress Way.

• 5:51 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 1900 block of West Hayes Street.

• 7:15 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 1200 block of Parkview Court.

• 9:32 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the intersection of Mount Hood Avenue and North Front Street.

Wednesday, Sept. 20

• 12:09 a.m.: Police arrested Andres Anastacio, 34, of Woodburn, in the 1100 block of East Lincoln Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault.

• 9:16 a.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 1800 block of Newberg Highway.

• 10:07 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1700 block of North Front Street.

• 10:22 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a narcotic investigation in the 1000 block of Mount Hood Avenue.

• 1:18 p.m.: Police arrested Matthew David Hunt Flaugher, 21, of Salem, in the 700 block of South Pacific Highway, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault.

• 2:54 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1400 block of Mount Hood Avenue.

• 4:40 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 100 block of South Pacific Highway.

• 8:18 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 300 block of North Front Street.

• 10:22 p.m.: Police arrested John Scott Lonergan, 41, of Hubbard, in the 100 block of South Pacific Highway, and he was charged with driving while suspended, failure to carry a license, failure to appear, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Also arrested was Joshua Ryan Hayes, 39, of Woodburn, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 10:48 a.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 600 block of North Cascade Drive.

• 7:25 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 300 block of Sycamore Avenue.

• 11:58 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a narcotic investigation in the 1700 block of North Front Street.

• 2:08 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1300 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 2:40 p.m.: Police arrested Rodrigo Banda-Espinoza, 39, of Hubbard, at the intersection of Third and D streets, and he was charged with failure to appear in the second-degree.

• 5:36 p.m.: Police arrested Monti Montes, 34, of Hubbard, in the 4200 block of Third Street and he was charged with fourth-degree assault, and vandalism.

Monday, Sept. 18

• 9:12 p.m.: Police arrested Cristian Patricio Lopez-Sanchez, 19, of Marion County, in the 18000 block of Highway 99E, and was charged with driving while suspended, and violation of release agreement.

• 2:42 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 3500 block of Rainbow Loop.

Tuesday, Sept. 19

• 9:32 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism at the intersection of Mount Hood Avenue and North Front Street.

Wednesday, Sept. 13

• 10:58 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 800 block of North Pershing Street, and a citizen reported that their cat was stolen.

Thursday, Sept. 14

• 11:16 p.m.: Police responded to a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 500 block of Wilco Highway, and cited and released was Jesse Whitchurch, 28, of Durham, NC, and he was charged with disorderly conduct.

Friday, Sept. 15

• 9:48 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a disturbance in the 200 block of South Garfield Street, the officer was unable to locate the subjects.

• 9:56 p.m.: Police responded to security at the Oktoberfest, they requested a subject be trespassed from all venues for the remainder of the Oktoberfest due to behavior and threats made.

• 10:35 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a disturbance at the intersection of East Charles and North Garfield streets and the officer was unable to locate the subjects.

• 11:42 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 500 block of Wilco Highway, an individual reported their keys had been stolen from their pocket.

Saturday, Sept. 16

• 12:06 a.m.: Police assisted with a fire call in the 500 block of Wilco Highway, officers assisted with evacuating an area near downtown due to a leaking propane tank. The tank was secured.

• 12:58 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a disturbance in the 200 block of South Garfield Street, it was determined to be a verbal argument and no crimes occurred. Subjects were advised to stay quiet.

• 3:34 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a parking violation at the intersection of North Pershing and West Marquam streets, citations were issued to multiple vehicles for illegal parking.

• 3:49 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a crash — injury, in the 700 block of North Main Street, citation was issued for careless driving with accident and unlawful cellphone use.

• 4:14 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a crash — injury, at the intersection of Wilco Highway and Academy Street, and a citation was issued for no operator's license.

• 4:33 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a crash — hit and run, at the intersection of Church and Fir streets, upon investigation the officer found the driver of the suspected vehicle did attempt to contact the victim vehicle owners and left contact information for them.

• 9:32 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a crash — injury, at the intersection of Wilco Highway and Academy Street, after arriving, the officer determined the accident was non-injury and the drivers supplied insurance information to each other.

• 9:47 p.m.: Police assisted with a fire call at the intersection of Wilco Highway and Academy Street, the officer observed a small propane fire at a campsite. The responsible party was advised to extinguish it, which they did.

• 10:14 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 200 block of South Garfield Street, a golf cart was stolen from an individual. An officer found the cart and reunited it with the owner.

• 10:30 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a family disturbance in the 300 block of Alder Street, it was determined to be a verbal argument and no crimes occurred. Subjects were advised to separate for the night.

• 10:34 p.m.: Police responded to a disturbance report in the 500 block of Wilco Highway, two individuals were trespassed from the Oktoberfest venues due to being belligerent and fighting.

• 11:08 p.m.: Police responded to a belligerent subject at the intersection of Palmer and North Main streets and the subject was trespassed from the Oktoberfest venues and escorted home.

• 11:11 p.m.: Police responded to a report of trespass in the 200 block of South Garfield Street, two individuals were trespassed from the Oktoberfest venues.

• 11:30 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a fight in the 200 block of South Garfield Street, cited and released was Thomas Moore, 51, of Kenai, AK, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault and second-degree criminal mischief.

• 11:43 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a family disturbance at the intersection of Wilco Highway and Academy Street, the officers determined it to be a verbal argument and no crimes occurred. The subjects were advised to separate for the night.

• 11:59 p.m.: Police responded to a fire call at the intersection of Wilco Highway and Academy Street, the officers responded to a propane fire at a campsite. The responsible party was advised to extinguish it, which they did.

Sunday, Sept. 17

• 1:05 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a fight in the 100 block of East Church Street, the parties involved separated and no victim was identified.

• 1:13 a.m.: Police responded to property lost report, in the 100 block of South Garfield Street, a subject reported a wallet as missing.

• 12:53 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a crash- non injury, on North Garfield Street, it was a minor crash and an officer stood by while the drivers exchanged information.

• 3:29 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suicide attempt in the 200 block of South Main Street, the subject was unable to be located.

• 6:51 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 700 block of North Spruce Street, the officers found a porta potty that appeared to have been tampered with.

• 6:55 p.m.: Police responded to a report of an intoxicated subject in the 500 block of East College Street, the complaint received regarding an intoxicated person with children. The officer did not observe any signs of intoxication and made sure the individuals got home safely.

• 8:19 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Towers Lane, the officers were unable to locate the subject.

Monday, Sept. 18

• 5:17 a.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting on North Garfield Street, a citizen reported fraudulent use of their bank information.

• 10:54 a.m.: Police discovered an individual sleeping at a city park on Spruce Street. The subject stated they would try to contact a friend to pick him up.

• 12:07 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a crash – hit and run, at the intersection of Meridian and Downs roads, they were unable to locate involved vehicle.

• 6:35 p.m.: Police responded to a suspicious person in a vehicle report in the 800 block of North Main Streets, a citizen requested that the individual be trespassed from their property. The officers spoke with the subject and relayed the information.
