Monday, oct. 23

• 12:53 a.m.: Police arrested Aldo Vasquez-Lozano, 18, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of West Lincoln Street, and he was charged with second-degree burglary, second-degree trespassing, failure to appear, possession of methamphetamine, possession of burglar tools, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and unlawful entry of a motor vehicle.

tuesday, oct. 24

• 4:30 p.m.: Police arrested Billy Gostevskyh, 39, of Marion County, in the 400 block of Parr Road, and he was charged with arrest on warrant and violation of a restraining order.

thursday, oct. 26

• 10:37 p.m.: Police arrested Pablo Leonardo Menchaca Jr., 26, of Woodburn, at Myrtle Street and Olive Avenue, and he was charged with distribution of methamphetamine and failure to appear.

FRIday, oct. 27

• 10:30 a.m.: Police arrested German Agustin Montoya, 48, of Woodburn, in the 400 block of Bradley Street, and he was charged with animal abandonment and second-degree animal neglect.

Saturday, oct. 28

• 1:09 a.m.: Police arrested Eduardo Luis Ramirez, 26, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.

• 1:38 a.m.: Police arrested Fernando Zamora-Negrete, 29, of Clackamas County, in the 1000 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and violation of parole.

• 11:14 a.m.: Police arrested Mauricio Diaz-Ortiz, 36, of Woodburn, in the 600 block of North Front Street, and he was charged with failure to appear and possession of methamphetamine.

• 7:38 p.m.: Police arrested Celerino A Hernandez-Salazar, 49, of Woodburn, in the 500 block of Rye Street, and he was charged with failure to appear.

SUNday, oct. 29

• 12:17 p.m.: Police arrested Cesar Sarabia-Torralba, 24, of Woodburn, in the 400 block of Broadway Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault, failure to appear, resisting arrest and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

• 7:23 p.m.: Police arrested Isaiah Andrew Estrada, 20, of Woodburn, in the 1400 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with hit and run.

• 8:55 p.m.: Police arrested Miguel Angel Lopez-Garcia, 27, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.

Monday, oct. 30

• 10:14 a.m.: Police arrested Martin Garibay, 20, of Woodburn, in the 400 block of North Second Street, and he was charged with failure to appear and probation violation. He was arrested again on Nov. 1 in the 600 block of Julie Court on charges of first-degree assault, menacing, and unlawful use of a weapon (shooting in prohibited area).

• 4:24 p.m.: Police responded to a report of an unarmed robbery at Safeway.

Wednesday, Nov. 1

• 5:01 p.m.: Police arrested James Randall Lee Morgan, 33, in the 1000 block of North Evergreen Road, and he was charged with unlawful entry to a motor vehicle and violation of parole.
