Police have named a third suspect involved in the murder of a Gervais man on Nov. 10 in Salem.

Zachary Urton, 36, of Dundee, was identified as a person of interest in the death of Kenny Kalugin, 37, of Gervais.

Urton was located in a vehicle by Clackamas County Sheriff's deputies in the early hours of Nov. 21. Urton fled when deputies attempted to stop him, but was ultimately taken into custody.

He has been lodged in Clackamas County Jail on an unrelated parole violation warrant.

Following the car chase, was charged by Clackamas County Sheriff's deputies with attempting to elude a police officer, felon in possession of a firearm, recklessly endangering another person and reckless driving.

Urton already faces multiple charges out of Marion County related to alleged meth and heroin possession and delivery within 1,000 feet of a school. A warrant was issued for his arrest following his failure to appear for his plea hearing Oct. 6.

He was previously convicted of second-degree robbery in Yamhill County in 2011.

At this time, he has not been charged with murder.

Two other people have been arrested and charged with Kalugin's murder: Police arrested Jose Barboza Manzo and Vanessa Garcia-Beiza four days after discovering Kalugin's body in a parked car in an alley off Liberty Street in Salem.
