• 9:05 p.m.: Police arrested Esteban Merecias-Fransisco, 24, of Woodburn, in the 800 block of Meadowvale Lane on charges of fourth-degree assault.

Friday, Nov. 17

• 1:29 a.m.: Police arrested David Ivan Kuznetsov, 44, of Portland, in the 1100 block of North Pacific Highway on charges of failure to appear.

• 9:21 p.m.: Police arrested Alfredo Hernandez-Aguayo, 41, of Woodburn, in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue on charges of stalking.

Saturday, Nov. 18

• 12:45 p.m.: Police arrested Antonio B Segundo-Ciriaco, 35, of Woodburn, in the 300 block of North First Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault, assaulting a police officer, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree escape, failure to appear and resisting arrest.

• 11:54 p.m.: Police arrested Emiliano A Rodriguez-Cervantes, 37, of Hubbard, in the 900 block of Johnson Street, and he was charged with DUII and resisting arrest.

Sunday, Nov. 19

• 8:14 a.m.: Police arrested Sarahi Velasco-Estevez, 19, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of Kennedy Street, and she was charged with fourth-degree assault.

• 4:55 p.m.: Police arrested Reggy Mathew Hallahan, 42, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of Park Avenue, and he was charged with offensive littering and theft of services.

• 11:32 p.m.: Police arrested Gabriel Rodolfo Lopez, 32, of Woodburn, in the 1100 block of Foxglove Lane, and he was charged with third- and fourth-degree assault and harassment.

Monday, Nov. 20

• 12:45 p.m.: Police arrested Anthony Howard Brannock, 36, in the 2700 block of Roanoke Street, and he was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, possession of methamphetamine, possession of burglar tools, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and unlawful entry of a motor vehicle. Also arrested were Efimia Alexandrovna Mametieff, 25, of Woodburn, who was charged with possession of burglar tools, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, and Kirik Anthony Yakunin, 27, who was charged with possession of methamphetamine, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and unlawful entry of a motor vehicle.

• 2:09 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1300 block of North Second Street.

• 6:44 p.m.: Police arrested Melissa Christine Frantila-Justice, 45, of Woodburn, at Walmart, and she was charged with second-degree trespassing and failure to appear.

• 9:46 p.m.: Police arrested Brandon Baker, 29, of Woodburn, in the 500 block of Ironwood Terrace, on a warrant.

• 10:28 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 600 block of Young Street.

• 11:33 p.m.: Police arrested Richard Tamar Simms, 19, of Wilsonville, in the 2500 block of Jamestown Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault and menacing.

Tuesday, Nov. 21

• 7:51 p.m.: Police arrested Jessi Derwin Hoffrogge, 31, of Woodburn, in the 1100 block of Marylynn Way, on charges of violation of a restraining order.

Wednesday, Nov. 22

• 5:08 a.m.: Police responded to a report of assault in the 1300 block of Hardcastle Avenue.

• 10:14 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1000 block of Park Avenue.

• 2:07 p.m.: Police arrested Gerardo Jerry Lopez, 19, of Woodburn, at Walmart, and he was charged with harassment, first-degree robbery, third-degree shoplifting, unlawful use of a weapon (possessed illegally) and a warrant.

• 8:15 p.m.: Police arrested Juan Roque-Hernandez, 25, in the 700 block of Hardcastle Avenue, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 8:47 p.m.: Police arrested Luca Morales-Perez, 18, of Woodburn, in the 300 block of North Pacific Highway, on a charge of failure to appear.

Thursday, Nov. 23

• 12:05 a.m.: Police arrested Hector Sanchez-Hernandez, 51, of Marion County, at the intersection of Mount Hood Avenue and North Front Street, and he was charged with DUII.

• 8:11 p.m.: Police arrested Rogelio Guerrero-Villareal, 51, of Woodburn, at the intersection of West Lincoln and North Front streets, and he was charged with possession of methamphetamine and probation violation.

Friday, Nov. 24

• 10:31 a.m.: Police arrested Saul Guzman Jr., in the 500 block of North Settlemier Avenue, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault.

• 4 p.m.: Police arrested Oryya Spencer, 18, of Portland, at Woodburn Premium Outlets on charges of shoplifting.

• 5:30 p.m.: Police arrested Julie Lynn Morningstar, 59, of Woodburn, in the 1100 block of North Pacific Highway, and she was charged with second-degree theft-from a building.

• 7:04 p.m.: Police arrested Bernardo Garcia, 29, of Woodburn, in the 1300 block of West Hayes Street and he was charged with DUII and reckless driving.

Sunday, Nov. 26

• 12:20 a.m.: Police arrested Solomon Vasquez-Hernandez, 34, at the intersection of East Cleveland and Brown streets, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 2:10 a.m.: Police responded to a report of assault in the 3100 block of Oxford Street.

• 2:30 a.m.: Police arrested David Marrow, 40, of Clackamas County, in the 1400 block of Aztec Drive, and he was charged with violation of parole.

• 9:02 a.m.: Police arrested Eric Reyes, 30, of Woodburn, in the 300 block of Andrea Court, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault, and four counts of violating a restraining order.

• 6:42 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 500 block of Cozy Way.

• 12:16 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 2100 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 6:34 p.m.: Police arrested Alexsey Anany Kutznetsov, 48, of Hubbard, in the 600 block of North Front Street, on a charge of failure to appear.

• 1:48 a.m.: Police arrested Saul Rodriguez Cruz, 42, of Woodburn, in the 600 block of Hall Street, and he was charged with hit and run, and reckless driving.

• 7:59 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 200 block of Skyler Drive.

• 10:59 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 2300 block of Miller Farm Road.

• 3:59 p.m.: Police responded to a report of assault in the 700 block of South Pacific Highway.

• 4:31 p.m.: Police arrested Malcom Godswill Ekpo, 25, of Woodburn, in the 700 block of Highway 99E on a charge of fourth-degree assault.

Thursday, Nov. 30

• 7:12 a.m.: Police arrested Brianna Lei Noonan, 31, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Eagle Drive and Bogie Court, on a warrant.

• 4:36 p.m.: Police arrested Valentin Morales Perez, 30, in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue on charges of shoplifting.

• 11:17 p.m.: Police arrested Marvin Renard Thomas, 44, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Highway 99E and D Street on charges of driving while suspended and a fugitive.

Sunday, Nov. 19

• 10:45 p.m.: Police arrested Steve Paul Bennett, 32, of Hubbard, in the 3900 block of Pacific Circle, and he was charged with coercion and menacing.

Wednesday, Nov. 22

• 2:04 p.m.: Police arrested Pricilla Jayne Canterbury, 35, of Canby, at the intersection of Industrial Avenue and J Street, and she was charged with being fugitive from another state.

Friday, Nov. 24

• 10:38 p.m.: Police arrested German Agustin Montoya, 48, of Woodburn, at Highway 99E and Industrial Avenue on a charge of DUII.

Wednesday, Nov. 22

• 2:03 a.m.: Police responded to a report of someone screaming in the 800 block of East College Street. Police made contact and determined the individual was intoxicated and there was no emergency.

• 4:37 p.m.: Police arrested John Mikel, 40, of Silverton, in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue, on a Marion County warrant.

• 9:23 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suicide attempt in the 800 block of North Spruce Street, The officer made contact and determined the individual was not suicidal.

Thursday, Nov. 23

• 9:09 a.m.: Police responded to a report of hit and run in the 600 block of North Main Street. The officer provided an accident form to the owner.

Saturday, Nov. 25

• 12:53 p.m.: Police arrested Jose Montano-Rodriguez, 27, in the 200 block of Railroad Avenue, and he was charged with a parole violation.

• 9:47 p.m.: Police responded to a report that an unknown individual was in the caller's backyard in the 400 block of West Marquam Street. The officer was unable to locate any subjects.

• 10:22 p.m.: Police made a traffic stop at the intersection of Wilco Highway and Woodburn Monitor Road and issued a citation for driving while suspended, failure to renew registration and driving uninsured.

Sunday, Nov. 26

• 4:33 p.m.: Police arrested John Hudson, 65, of Mount Angel, in the 700 block of North Spruce Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault.

Monday, Nov. 27

• 12:57 a.m.: Police arrested George Cross, 86, of Mount Angel, on Towers Lane, and he was charged with third-degree assault.
