Monday, Dec. 25

• 4:38 p.m.: Police arrested David Ivan Kuznetsov, 44, of Portland, in the 300 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with second-degree trespassing.

• 10:25 p.m.: Police arrested Raul Soto, 35, of Woodburn, in the 700 block of Harrison Street, and he was charged with failure to appear.

Wednesday, Dec. 27

• 6:08 p.m.: Police arrested Ivan Soto, 18, of Hubbard, in the 1300 block of North Second Street, and he was charged with third-degree assault and third-degree vandalism.

Friday, Dec. 29

• 3:35 a.m.: Police arrested Jose Emanuel Garcia-Montes, 18, of Woodburn, in the 400 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with third-degree assault, first-degree burglary, carrying a concealed weapon, first-degree vandalism and unlawful use of a weapon (possessed illegally).

• 1:54 p.m.: Police arrested Jose Jonathan Martinez-Ramirez, 36, of Gervais, at the intersection of East Cleveland Street and North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with hit-and-run.

• 10:56 p.m.: Police arrested Paul Daniel Whitney, 40, of Woodburn, in the 200 block of Oak Street, and he was charged with probation violation.

Saturday, Dec. 30

• 4:03 a.m.: Police arrested Jobab Munoz, 18, of Woodburn, in the 1500 block of Willow Avenue, and he was charged with possession of methamphetamine.

• 4:16 a.m.: Police arrested Dmitriy A. Abildayev, 22, of Woodburn, in the 1800 block of Hardcastle Avenue, and he was charged with first-degree criminal trespass.

Sunday, Dec. 31

• 12:45 a.m.: Police arrested Daniel Robert Martinez, 32, of Woodburn, in the 1700 block of West Lincoln Street, and he was charged with hit-and-run and initiating a false police report.

• 9:49 a.m.: Police arrested David Anthony Marrow, 40, of Clackamas County, in the 1400 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and he was charged with violating a stalking protective order.

• 1:45 a.m.: Police arrested Francisco Javier Gudino-Chavez, 22, of Woodburn, at the intersection of South Settlemier Avenue and Tout Street, and he was charged with DUII and driving while suspended.

• 2:29 a.m.: Police responded to a report of trespassing in the 1100 block of East of Cleveland Street.

• 6:11 p.m.: Police arrested Lucas Morales-Perez, 18, of Woodburn, in the 1100 block of East Cleveland Street, and he was charged with violation of release agreement.

• 11:02 p.m.: Police arrested Marisa Jiesel Granados, 23, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of East Lincoln Street, and she was charged with violation of parole.

• 4:25 p.m.: Police responded to a report of reckless driving at the intersection of North Pacific Highway and Mount Hood Avenue in Woodburn.

MOUNT ANGEL

Wednesday, Jan. 3

• 8:21 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 300 block of Railroad Avenue. The officer observed the dome light on and the owner was contacted and turned off the light.

Thursday, Jan. 4

• 4:12 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a family disturbance in the 700 block of North Spruce Street. The officers determined the parties were separated and will proceed with the civil process.

Friday, Jan. 5

• 8:10 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a hit-and-run on Abbey Drive. The report received that a vehicle had been damaged by another vehicle but no contact information was left.

Saturday, Jan. 6

• 4:23 a.m.: Police made a traffic stop at the intersection of Mount Angel-Gervais and Dominic roads. A citation was issued to the driver for driving while suspended and driving without ID installed. A citation was given to the passenger for providing the vehicle to an unqualified driver.

Sunday, Jan. 7

• 5:54 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 300 block of East College Street. A resident said he or she came home and found items missing. Open investigation.

Monday, Jan. 8

• 9:29 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 300 block of North Sheridan Street. A resident reported items stolen from his or her vehicle. Open investigation.

• 2:57 p.m.: Police responded to an animal complaint in the 400 block of West Marquam Street. The complaint received was regarding an animal left in the car for an extended amount of time. The officer responded and contacted the responsible party.

Tuesday, Jan. 9

• 10:19 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a family disturbance in the 700 block of South Main Street. Police cited and released Joseph Bodunov, 28, of Woodburn, and he was charged with criminal trespass.
