Sunday, Dec. 24

• 2:35 a.m.: Police arrested Hector Eduardo Estevez-Reyes, 37, of Woodburn, in the 2000 block of West Hayes Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault, first-degree criminal mischief, DUII, hit and run injury and reckless driving.

Thursday, Dec. 28

• 4:57 p.m.: Police arrested Nathon Hoover Abarca, 18, of Woodburn, in the 1300 block of North Second Street, and he was charged with two counts of third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief.

Saturday, Dec. 30

• 10:44 p.m.: Police arrested Daniel Robert Martinez, 32, of Woodburn, in the 700 block of Lawson Avenue, and he was charged with hit and run.

Wednesday, Jan. 3

• 3:39 a.m.: Police arrested Dale Leslie Waanatan, 21, on I-5 southbound at milepost 266, and he was charged with DUII.

• 4:34 p.m.: Police arrested Frank William Sullivan, 50, of Woodburn, in the 1100 block of Greenview Drive, and he was charged with violation of release agreement.

Thursday, Jan. 4

• 12:49 p.m.: Police arrested Jose Luis Rodriguez-Ayala, 21, of Woodburn in the 800 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with first-degree theft, and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Friday, Jan. 5

• 2:25 a.m.: Police arrested Camilo Santiago-Santiago, 23, in the 1600 block of North Front Street, and he was charged with harassment, four counts of menacing, two counts of pointing a firearm at another, and two counts of unlawful use of a weapon (possessed illegally).

• 4:47 p.m.: Police arrested Shannon Richard Clarkson, 56, of Canby, at the intersection of North Pacific Highway and Patrick Way, and he was charged with DUII and reckless driving.

• 8:02 p.m.: Police arrested Joe Anthony Lopez, 24, of Woodburn, in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and he was charged with DUII.

• 8:41 p.m.: Police arrested Emmanuel Isaiah Saenz, 19, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Harvard Drive and Creighton Street, and he was charged with DUII and minor in possession of alcohol.

SAturday, Jan. 6

• 1:02 a.m.: Police arrested Isaac Arevalo, 32, of Woodburn, in the 300 block of South Evergreen Road, and he was charged with strangulation.

• 2:57 p.m.: Police arrested Rucencio Cortis-Giron, 41, of Woodburn, in the 300 block of Andrea Court, and he was charged with being a fugitive.

Monday, Jan. 8

• 10:06 a.m.: Police responded to two reports of graffiti on Broadway and Front streets.

• 10:34 a.m.: Police arrested Avraam Postnikov, 38, of Woodburn, in the 1300 block of West Hayes Street, and he was charged with failure to appear and possession of methamphetamine.

• 12:17 p.m.: Police arrested Paul B. Coleman, 62, of Hubbard, at the intersection of North Pacific Highway and Patrick Way, and he was charged with DUII.

• 1:10 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting at Walmart.

• 4:40 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting at Walmart.

• 7:43 p.m.: Police responded to a report of burglary in the 1500 block of West Hayes Street.

• 8:57 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 100 block of Arney Road.

• 9:41 p.m.: Police arrested Josiah D. Torres, 18, of Woodburn, in the 1300 block of North Second Street, and he was charged with two counts of third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief.

• 12:08 a.m.: Police arrested Luis E. Juarez-Antonio, 22, of Woodburn, in the 700 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with DUII.

• 9:59 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 200 block of Ogle Street.

• 10:05 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1600 block of North Front Street.

• 4:28 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting at Walmart.

• 5:24 p.m.: Police responded to a report of burglary in the 900 block of Evergreen Road.

• 4:28 p.m.: Police arrested Derrik Lee Bradford, 33, of Marion County, at Walmart, and he was charged with second-degree trespassing.

• 10:32 p.m.: Police arrested Bictor Errera Morales, 31, at the intersection of Hardcastle and Park avenues, and he was charged with failure to appear and possession of methamphetamine.

• 1:15 a.m.: Police arrested Adrian Methodius Schiedler, 21, of Marion County, at Safeway and he was charged with possession of methamphetamine and violation of parole.

• 7:58 a.m.: Police arrested David I. Kuznetsov, 44, at Safeway, and he was charged with second-degree trespassing and failure to appear.

• 11:59 a.m.: Police responded to a report of an assault in the 300 block of South Evergreen Road.

• 12:15 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 700 block of Gatch Street.

• 4:53 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2100 block of Astor Way.

• 4:59 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1100 block of Park Circle.

• 11:21 a.m.: Police arrested Sumaya Holmes, 58, of Woodburn, in the 300 block of South Evergreen, and she was charged with theft of services.

• 3:47 p.m.: Police arrested Christopher Robert Smith, 34, of Salem, in the 1000 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and he was charged with driving while suspended and failure to appear.

• 8:21 p.m.: Police arrested Melissa C. Frantila Justice, 45, of Salem, at Goodwill, and she was charged with failure to appear, possession of methamphetamine and shoplifting.

• 1:09 a.m.: Police responded to a report of trespassing in the 300 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 9:23 a.m.: Police responded to several reports of graffiti on Cleveland, Oak and First streets.

• 8:34 p.m.: Police arrested Juan Manuel Pedro-Garcia, 38, of Woodburn, at the intersection of West Cleveland and North First streets, and he was charged with hit and run.

• 6:57 p.m.: Police arrested Tomas Luis Ruiz-Amrosio, 55, of Woodburn, in the 100 block of Grant Street, and he was charged with arrest on warrant.

Tuesday, Jan. 16

• 11:57 p.m.: Police arrested Kirik Anthony Yakunin, 27, in the 300 block of Willow Avenue, and he was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of burglary tools, second-degree theft from a motor vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and unlawful entry of a motor vehicle.

Wednesday, Jan. 17

• 1:35 a.m.: Police arrested Andrew William Doehne, 35, of Longview, Washington, in the 100 block of Arney Road, and he was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and unlawful entry of a motor vehicle.

• 3:02 p.m.: Police arrested Ryan Craig Cox, 33, of Woodburn, in the 1700 block of Rainier Road, and he was charged with felon in possession of a weapon and first-degree theft.

• 4:34 p.m.: Police arrested Simion Ignatavich Andreeff, 34, of Gervais, in the 4200 block of Fifth Street, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 10:17 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft from a vehicle in the 800 block of South Main Street.

• 12:17 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft of tools in the 500 block of North Main Street.

• 5:49 p.m.: Police responded to a non-injury crash at the intersection of Taylor and North Main streets.

Friday, Jan. 12

• 3:33 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft from a vehicle in the 500 block of South Main Street.

• 8:26 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a possibly intoxicated individual trying to get into a car in the 300 block of North Main Street. Officers were unable to locate the subject.

• 10:08 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a fight in the 800 block of North Main Street. All involved refused to speak with the officers. Parties separated.

• 11:16 p.m.: Police responded to a report of an intoxicated subject stopping traffic at the intersection of Railroad Avenue and West College Street. The officers were unable to locate the subject.
