WOODBURN

Thursday, Jan. 11

• 9:30 a.m.: Police arrested Carlos Sanchez-Garcia, 34, at Walmart, and he was charged with shoplifting.

Saturday, Jan. 13

• 7:12 p.m.: Police arrested Kimberly Uriarte-Para, 22, of Woodburn, in the 300 block of North Front Street, and she was charged with failure to appear.

Monday, Jan. 15

• 9:10 p.m.: Police arrested Salomon Vazquez-Hernandez, 34, of Marion County, in the 500 block of North Front Street, and he was charged with failure to appear.

Tuesday, Jan. 16

• 8:19 p.m.: Police arrested William Francis Roselle, Jr., 89, of Woodburn, in the 2800 block of Olympic Street, and he was charged with stalking.

HUBBARD

Monday, Jan. 15

• 6 p.m.: Police arrested Charles Edwin Mathews, 34, of Marion County, in the 3000 block of Hoodview Drive, and he was charged with hit and run.

Tuesday, Jan. 16

• 4:18 p.m.: Police arrested Breanna Lynn Baker, 27, in the 3000 block of Fourth Street, and she was charged with second-degree forgery and second-degree theft.

Mount Angel

Saturday, Jan. 13

• 10:46 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft from a purse in the 700 block of St. Mary's Circle.

Sunday, Jan. 14

• 3:44 p.m.: Police assisted with a fire at the intersection of Otto and West College streets. The officer observed a large, unattended backyard burn. The fire department responded to extinguish the burn. The responsible parties were contacted and advised of the burn hours.
