Public can meet fire chief candidates
Chief Rod Yoder is retiring, so Aurora Fire District is looking for a new fire chief
The Aurora Fire District is inviting the public to meet the candidates for its next fire chief on Wednesday night.
There will be a community meet-and-greet reception from 5 to 7 p.m., followed by an Aurora Fire District Board meeting to follow.
The public is welcome to attend.
Rod Yoder, who has been chief for 33 years, announced in January he would retire.
