Sunday, Feb. 25

• 5:49 p.m.: Police arrested Armando Barajas Ascencio, 24, of Woodburn, in the 500 block of Brown Court, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault.

Wednesday, Feb. 28

• 10:33 p.m.: Police arrested Kayla Ann Rose, 34, of Woodburn, at Walmart, and she was charged with probation violation and shoplifting.

• 1 p.m.: Police arrested Jason Del Lee Anderson, 39, of Woodburn, in the 1600 block of Alexandra Avenue, and he was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Thursday, March 1

• 11:04 p.m.: Police arrested Mario Felipe Perez, 24, of Woodburn, in the 700 block of North Front Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault, harassment and third-degree theft.

Friday, March 2

• 3:44 a.m.: Police arrested Melissa C. Frantila-Justice, 45, of Woodburn, at the intersection of North Third and Arthur streets, and she was charged with failure to appear and giving false information to a police officer.

• 12:12 p.m.: Police arrested Ronald Jeffrey Bell, 58, of Woodburn, at Walmart, and he was charged with second-degree trespassing.

• 8:30 p.m.: Police arrested Laurel Mae Sammer, 68, of Woodburn, in the 600 block of North Cascade Drive, and she was charged with telephonic harassment.

• 10:54 p.m.: Police arrested Salvador Pena Morales, 20, of Woodburn, in the 500 block of North Third Street, and he was charged with second-degree trespassing, first-degree burglary and unlawful entry of a motor vehicle.

Saturday, March 3

• 2:05 p.m.: Police arrested David Julian Theissen, 30, of Salem, in Walmart, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault.

• 9:30 p.m.: Police arrested Ismael Lopez-Lopez, 29, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of McKinley Street and he was charged with third-degree theft.

SUNday, March 4

• 12:02 p.m.: Police arrested Traci Lynn Meyers, 44, of Salem, at Walmart, and she was charged with first-degree trespassing, possession of methamphetamine and shoplifting.

• 8:24 p.m.: Police arrested Bernabe Lopez-Perez, 23, of Woodburn, on North Front Street, and he was charged with harassment and fourth-degree assault.

MONday, March 5

• 2:10 a.m.: Police arrested Jason Lee Hosley, 36, of Woodburn, in the 400 block of Harrison Street and he was charged with violation of parole.

• 6:45 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a narcotic investigation in the 200 block of Smith Drive.

• 7:30 a.m.: Police arrested Dianna Kathleen Boullester, 54, of Lebanon, in the 600 block of Settlemier Avenue, and she was charged with failure to appear.

• 7:47 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1300 block of Thompson Road.

• 8:31 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 500 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 12:40 p.m.: Police responded to a report of burglary in the 800 block of North Second Street.

• 6:32 p.m.: Police responded to a report of neglect in the 900 block of Hardcastle Avenue.

• 8:28 p.m.: Police arrested Paul Stuart Bastion, 51, in the 600 block of North Cascade Drive, and he was charged with violation of a restraining order.

• 8:53 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 300 block of Young Street.

• 11:07 a.m.: Police responded to a report of burglary in the 1000 block of Young Street.

• 12:20 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 400 block of Montgomery Street.

• 4:15 p.m.: Police arrested Avraam Postnikov, 38, of Woodburn, at Walmart, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 6:08 p.m.: Police responded to a report of an assault in the 500 block of Gatch Street.

• 9:34 a.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 200 block of North First Street.

• 11:27 a.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 2200 block of Country Club Terrace.

Thursday, March 8

• 4:07 a.m.: Police arrested Michael Anthony Olson, 50, in the 2200 block of Country Club Road, and he was charged with arrest on warrant and possession of methamphetamine.

• 9:14 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at Walmart.

• 9:21 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1700 block of North Front Street.

• 10:15 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1100 block of Bunker Avenue.

• 8:54 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 800 block of Pacific Highway.

• 10:03 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at Walmart.

SUNday, March 4

• 2:38 p.m.: Police arrested Breanna Lynn Baker, 27, of Hubbard, in the 3300 block of Pacific Highway, and she was charged with failure to appear.

Wednesday, March 7

• 2:05 p.m.: Police responded to a report of trespassing in the 2900 block of A Street.

Wednesday, March 7

• 9:43 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a family disturbance in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue. The officers responded and the parties were separated for the night.

• 10:42 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a family disturbance in the 1000 block of Linden Street. The officers responded and the parties were separated for the night.

Thursday, March 8

• 10:07 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 100 block of South Main Street. After investigating, it was determined the vehicle had been misplaced.

• 8:02 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person/vehicle in the 400 block of Railroad Avenue. Officers observed an unknown individual walking around with a flashlight. The officers were unable to locate the individual after arrival.

Friday, March 9

• 7:41 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious person/vehicle on Abbey Drive. The report received regarding a vehicle on the side of the road. The officer discovered the vehicle had run out of gas and one of the occupants had gone to get more.

• 7:57 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a disturbance in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue. The officers determined the disturbance had been physical in nature. The victim did not want to press charges. Parties were separated.

Saturday, March 10

• 12:38 a.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 500 block of North Garfield Street. Officer observed three individuals who, from a distance appeared to be physically fighting. As the officer approached them they ran off. The officers eventually made contact with each individual and they were warned for trespassing.

MONday, March 12

• 6:56 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a family disturbance in the 400 block of West Marquam Street. The officers determined nothing criminal had occurred. Parties were separated for the night.
