Tuesday, March 20

• 9:42 p.m.: Police arrested Kenneth Arthur Schoonover, 27, of Wilsonville, in the 2800 block of Newberg Highway and he was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Friday, March 23

• 10:08 p.m.: Police arrested Luis Alberto Pineda-Castro, 35, of Woodburn, in the 1600 block of North Front Street and he was charged with DUII.

Saturday, March 24

• 3:27 a.m.: Police arrested Audosio Tobias Oliva-Hernandez, 55, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of Mount Hood Avenue and he was charged with DUII.

Monday, March 19

• 2:57 a.m.: Police arrested Jose Bruno-Flores, 36, of Woodburn, at the intersection of East Lincoln and Gatch streets and he was charged with DUII.

Saturday, March 31

• 11:01 p.m.: Police arrested Martin Rangel, 26, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of North Boones Ferry Road and he was charged with fourth-degree assault.

• 7:02 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 600 block of Young Street.

• 10:32 a.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 1400 block of Cooley Court.

• 2:46 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 300 block of Bridlewood Lane.

• 3:47 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle at the intersection of South First and Oak streets.

• 4:21 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1500 block of Arlington Avenue.

3:06 a.m.: Police arrested Aldo Ruiz, 30, of Salem, in the 1700 block of Newberg Highway, and he was charged with DUII.

• 6:46 p.m.: Police arrested Anna I. Kuznetsov, 36, of Marion County, at the intersection of Pacific Highway and G Street, and she was charged with driving while suspended.

Wednesday, April 4

• 6:55 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 3700 block of 10th Street.

Sunday, April 8

• 11:29 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2600 block of D Street.

• 5:46 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a narcotic investigation at the intersection of Pacific Highway and J Street.

MOUNT ANGEL

Wednesday, April 4

• 12:33 a.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at the intersection of Wilco Highway and Academy Street. The officer observed an individual running on the highway in the dark. Upon contact, the officer suggested the subject run in the city or at least on the shoulder of the road.

• 1:06 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 400 block of Railroad Avenue. A citizen reported credit card theft. Open investigation.

• 5:05 p.m.: Police responded to an attempt to locate in the 200 block of West Marquam Street. Report received of a possible drunk driver. The officer located the vehicle and could not determine that the driver was intoxicated. The subject left their vehicle as a precaution and returned home on foot.

• 10:37 p.m.: Police arrested Brian Gragert, 40, of Silverton, in the 700 block of North Spruce Street and he was charged with stalking order violation.

Thursday, April 5

• 3:37 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person/vehicle in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue. The officer observed two individuals on a vacant property. Upon contact, it was determined the subjects were working on repairs to the house.

Saturday, April 7

• 1:26 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person/vehicle in the 10000 block of Marquam Road. The officer observed a vehicle parked at a local business after hours. Upon contact, it was determined the two individuals were looking for a lost phone.

• 1:35 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person/vehicle in the 1000 block of Hayes Street. The complaint received of an unknown individual ringing a citizen's doorbell and pushing a dirt bike on the highway. The officer contacted the subject, and the subject was advised of a safer way to walk the dirt bike on the roadway.

Sunday, April 8

• 12:20 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person/vehicle at the intersection of Mount Angel Highway and Hook Road. The officer located an abandoned vehicle parked on the side of the road. The interior of the vehicle was torn apart and missing equipment. The officers have attempted contact with the registered owner with no success.

• 12:58 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious person/vehicle at the intersection of Foltz Lane and Pershing Street. The report received of a vehicle blocking driveway access. The officers were unable to immediately locate the vehicle. Sometime later, the vehicle was located, and the driver was warned for blocking accessways. The driver stated they were unaware they had done so and said they moved their vehicle when another car was trying to get past.

Monday, April 9

• 9:03 a.m.: Police responded to a welfare check in the 10000 block of Wilco Highway. The report received of an individual sleeping on the side of the highway. The officers advised the subject to move along. The subject stated they were walking to Idaho.

• 5:07 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a hit and run crash in the 300 block of North Main Street. The report received of a hit and run occurring in a local business parking lot. Open investigation.
