One driver suffered minor injuries, was arrested for DUII

A three-car DUII crash resulted in a minor injury and closed Salamo Road for two hours Saturday, according to police.

The crash occurred at 5:47 p.m. between 10th Street and Greene Street. Police said that a Kia Sportage SUV was travelling eastbound on Salamo Road when it crossed the center line and struck 2 other vehicles that were travelling west.

The driver of the Kia, Anne Marie Meisen, 49, of West Linn was transported to Legacy Meridian Park Hospital with minor injuries. Upon her release, she was arrested for DUII and lodged at the Clackamas County Jail.

Salamo Road, a main arterial road in West Linn, was closed for over two hours for the investigation and clean up from the crash.

"We were lucky no one was seriously injured in this crash," officer Jeff Mayer said. "Drinking and driving never mix."
