Kids brave heat to sell lemonade on behalf of White Oak Savanna, bringing in $162.50 over about two hours

The first- and second-graders braved 100-plus degree heat — with the help of a canopy — to sell blueberry lemonade and bottles of water. In the end, they brought in $162.50 over about two hours, 50 percent of which was donated to the White Oak Savanna.
