ARRESTS

9/23 12:24 a.m. A 28-year-old man was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on a Multnomah County warrant for failure to appear on suspicion of third degree theft.

9/23 12:24 a.m. A 53-year-old man was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on a detainer.

9/26 9:58 p.m. A 42-year-old woman was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on a detainer.

9/28 9:32 p.m. A 30-year-old man was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on West Linn warrants for failure to appear on suspicion of second degree criminal trespassing and failure to appear on suspicion of third degree theft.

LIFE IN WEST LINN

9/23 10:22 a.m. Suspicious circumstances were reported near the 6400 block of Evergreen Drive.

9/23 10:01 a.m. A caller said his ex-girlfriend moved someone into a house where he was still on the lease, and he wanted to get his property out of the house.

9/24 12:52 a.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was seen near Aztec Court and Suncrest Drive.

9/24 12:57 a.m. A man and woman were involved in a dispute.

9/24 1:40 a.m. A resident said her lights were out and she was worried someone had tampered with them. The lights came back on before officers arrived.

9/24 3:28 p.m. A caller said someone told him that he was arranging for an assault to occur. 9/25 1:13 p.m. Someone was panhandling at Safeway.

9/25 1:19 p.m. A caller asked for advice regarding issues with an ex.

9/25 2:30 p.m. A caller was parking his car and was threatened by someone who said "I'm a dangerous woman." It turned out she had multiple cars and wanted to park them where she could see them because of recent thefts. She was told that they were public parking spots.

9/25 3:43 p.m. A caller wished to speak with an officer about complaints he was getting about his tenants from neighbors.

9/25 4:52 p.m. A man believed people were sleeping in a car near Johnson Road and Ryan Court.

9/26 9:02 a.m. A man said his 15-year-old son left the night before and was now trying to break into the house.

9/26 1:03 p.m. A caller wanted to talk to an officer about an encounter with a neighbor that morning.

9/26 1:46 p.m. A suspicious looking person appeared to be paranoid and talking about police kidnapping her.

9/26 5:15 p.m. Stickers were found "all over" signs and bathrooms at Oppenlander Field.

9/28 1:46 p.m. A caller wished to speak with an officer about a problem with a neighbor.

9/28 6:28 p.m. A resident wished to speak with an officer about neighbors smoking marijuana.

9/28 7:12 p.m. A caller said a man stopped his vehicle in front of her house and urinated in her yard.

9/28 9:02 p.m. A man was seen yelling at a woman in a car.

9/29 5:49 a.m. Someone appeared to have slept overnight in a vehicle near Johnson Road and Ryan Court.

9/29 7:52 a.m. A man made threats to shoot people who were using chainsaws, as well as the City Council. When contacted, the man said he wouldn't hurt anyone and didn't own weapons. Police advised him to stop making threats.

9/29 4:42 p.m. A caller said his vehicle was damaged near the 19100 block of Willamette Drive.

9/29 4:43 p.m. Tires were slashed on a vehicle near the 1900 block of Taylor Street.

9/29 8:54 p.m. A caller suspected burglary after seeing a number of people enter a neighbor's house while the neighbor was on vacation. It was the neighbor's son and friends.

9/29 9:53 p.m. A suspicious looking person was seen near Skyline Drive and West A Street.

9/29 11:19 p.m. Kids were seen crawling on bridge beams near the 22900 block of Willamette Drive.

THEFT

9/23 9:02 a.m. A theft was reported near the 20000 block of White Cloud Circle.

9/23 10:09 p.m. Unlawful entry to a motor vehicle was reported near the 18600 block of Midhill Circle.

9/24 8:50 p.m. A person left without paying a bill near the 1800 block of Willamette Falls Drive.

9/25 10:43 a.m. A vehicle was reported stolen near the 5000 block of Prospect Street.

9/26 7:01 a.m. Gift cards were stolen from a vehicle near the 2100 block of River Heights Circle.

9/27 9:35 p.m. A vehicle left a gas station without paying for $25 worth of gas.

9/28 8:43 a.m. A bike valued at $200 was stolen near the 5400 block of West A Street.

FRAUD

9/26 3:56 p.m. A man received a call from a collections agency claiming he owed money for a Sprint account he never set up.

9/29 2:32 p.m. Identification theft was reported.

9/29 4:54 p.m. A resident found an unauthorized charge on his checking account.

ACCIDENTS

9/24 6:27 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near Interstate 205 and 10th Street. No one was injured.
