ARRESTS

4/29 2:21 p.m. A 25-year-old man was lodged at Washington County Jail on a West Linn warrant for parole violation-DUII and local charges for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle.

LIFE IN WEST LINN

4/28 10:09 a.m. Teens were seen going under a fence near the 4300 block of Willamette Falls Drive.

4/28 12:26 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was seen near Kapteyns Street and Valley View Drive.

4/28 3:30 p.m. A caller asked for extra patrols near his home after returning to find a burglary alarm had been triggered.

4/28 3:53 p.m. A man seemed "out of place" near the 1800 block of Deana Drive.

4/28 4:12 p.m. A caller said she saw a homeless person camping near the 19900 block of Willamette Drive.

4/29 12:00 a.m. A caller was concerned that a man and woman were fighting near Willamette Drive and Barlow Street.

4/29 10:45 a.m. A caller said he recently evicted tenants at a building and believed they were trying to move more people in.

4/29 11:37 a.m. A man was talking to himself near the 22700 block of Salamo Road.

4/29 3:44 p.m. A man said his son was threatening him and saying "If you want a war, you've got it."

4/29 11:34 p.m. A caller was concerned about a car that was being locked and unlocked frequently near the 2800 block of Mark Lane.

4/30 8:47 a.m. Vandalism was found near the 19900 block of Willamette Drive.

4/30 9:58 a.m. Construction workers were refusing to turn down "extremely loud" music near the 19500 block of Hidden Springs Road.

4/30 9:59 a.m. A man said his ex-girlfriend assaulted him.

4/30 12:42 p.m. A caller found a large bag of marijuana while on a walk near her house.

4/30 1:54 p.m. Two suspicious looking people were selling steaks out of the back of a truck near the 1800 block of Ostman Road.

4/30 10:11 p.m. A man said his wife was having a breakdown and throwing things.

5/1 8:08 a.m. A caller said someone tried to open the front door while her daughter was home alone.

5/1 8:43 a.m. A woman said she was working for a man out of his home office while living there as well, and that he kicked her out and stole her purse.

5/2 12:57 p.m. A man who appeared to only be wearing underwear was waving his arms around near the 3500 block of Willamette Falls Drive.

5/2 5:04 p.m. Two people were having a disagreement over whether one hit the other's car.

5/2 6:05 p.m. A man said he gave money to a friend, thinking it was for a fundraiser, but then he heard it was to pay the person's rent.

5/2 6:47 p.m. Neighbors were seen yelling in the street near the 2800 block of Mark Lane.

5/3 8:08 a.m. A caller said someone pulled out a street sign, shot another sign with a pellet gun and shot out the windows of a contractor's truck near Wild Rose Drive and Roxbury Drive.

5/3 11:01 a.m. A person had been sitting on a bike and staring at traffic passing by for 20 minutes near the 2000 block of 8th Avenue.

5/3 11:03 a.m. A caller heard screaming and crying and "a lot of banging" from an apartment upstairs.

5/3 4:08 p.m. Suspicious looking people were cutting wood and loading it into a vehicle near Tannler Drive and Blankenship Road.

5/3 5:14 p.m. Juveniles were seen at a city reservoir.

5/3 7:07 p.m. A caller wanted an officer to come and speak to her 16-year-old son, who traded something for a Jeep Cherokee that was uninsured and unregistered.

5/3 7:09 p.m. A man said his grandson was out of control and mad at his mom because he wanted to drive a car and she wouldn't let him.

5/4 6:28 a.m. People were arguing near the 1000 block of Willamette Falls Drive.

5/4 7:06 a.m. A man was concerned after finding his back gate open when it was closed the night before.

5/4 8:17 a.m. Teens were seen smoking marijuana in a car near the 1900 block of Rockridge Drive.

5/4 9:02 a.m. Someone was heard screaming near the 1600 block of Arran Court.

5/4 1:44 p.m. A man was seen "creeping around the whole complex" near the 20000 block of Marigold Court.

5/4 4:55 p.m. A man said neighbors were hanging out on his property and he wanted them to leave, but wouldn't tell them himself. He wanted an officer to do it.

5/4 5:41 p.m. A caller found a bag of garbage outside her front door near the 800 block of Springtree Lane.

5/4 5:50 p.m. A woman said a man was golfing on new grass that was fenced off near the 2300 block of Oxford Street.

5/4 7:55 p.m. A caller said her son was screaming and harassing her.

5/4 8:00 p.m. A man was punching things and upset with his mom.

5/4 8:31 p.m. Loud music was heard near the 1600 block of 19th Street.

ACCIDENTS

5/1 10:43 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 1800 block of 8th Avenue. No one was injured.

5/1 1:28 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 1900 block of Sunburst Terrace. No one was injured.

5/1 5:13 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 18300 block of Willamette Drive. No one was injured.

5/2 11:19 a.m. An accident was reported near Summit Street and Skyline Drive. No one was injured.

5/4 2:32 p.m. An accident was reported near Carriage Way and Rosemont Road. An injury was reported.

5/4 4:38 p.m. An accident was reported on Interstate 205 near 10th Street. It was unknown if there were injuries.

FRAUD

5/1 3:44 p.m. A caller said money was missing from his mother's bank account.

5/1 4:39 p.m. A woman said her daughter was applying for a house and she believed it was a scam.

5/3 10:42 a.m. Unauthorized charges were found on a credit card.

THEFT

4/29 10:59 a.m. A vehicle was reported stolen near the 1700 block of Willamette Falls Drive.

4/30 2:24 p.m. Credit cards were stolen out of a vehicle near the 3400 block of Cascade Terrace.

5/3 7:51 p.m. A wallet on a keychain was reported stolen from a vehicle near the 800 block of Willamette Falls Drive.

5/4 9:59 a.m. A caller said a generator and air compressor were stolen near the 1700 block of 4th Avenue.
