Cruizin 4 Life to show off plenty of trucks

Bremer’s Corner will host the “Cruizin’ 4 Life” vehicle show all day July 12 at 6677 South Highway 211 in Hubbard.

The event is intended to raise funds for medical research. Anyone interested in entering a car, motorcycle, truck or tractor is welcome. Cars can be registered between 8 and 11 a.m. at a cost of $20 per vehicle. The event is free to the public.

Money raised will benefit cancer, autism, CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder) and muscular dystrophy research.

In addition, the 59ers Antique Tractor Club will host the only stock pull in the Willamette Valley at 1 p.m. at the same location. This is one of only three weekends left this summer where you can see old Johnny-Poppers and farmers competing for distance and having fun on their equipment while getting together for more than just work.

Overall, there will be variety of vehicles old and new, and more than twenty categories will be judged. Awards will include Kid’s Choice, People’s Choice, Best Bike, the Tractor trophy and many more.

This fundraising event is an opportunity to bring together families, friends and supporters to enjoy fun in the country, eat a hamburger or hotdog and follow it with homemade ice cream.

The Cruizin’ 4 Life event will be held approximately eight miles east of Woodburn and six miles from Canby. For more information visit facebook.com/cruizin4life, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call 503-320-9133.
