ARRESTS

June 30, 2:15 p.m.: Ronald Floyd Bell, 51, of Wilsonville, was arrested in the 30000 block of Southwest Town Center Loop East on suspicion of fourth-degree assault, menacing and strangulation under the Abuse Prevention Act. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail with bail set at a total of $30,000.

July 2, 8:09 a.m.: Jarvis Kalani Kahavaii, 26, of Wilsonville, was arrested in the 10900 block of Southwest Commerce Circle on suspicion of fourth-degree assault under the Abuse Prevention Act. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail with bail set at $15,000.

July 4, 4:03 a.m.: Eliseo Cruz Mendoza, 21, of Bremerton, Wash., was arrested in the 29900 block of Southwest Boones Ferry Road on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving while suspended. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on a total of $15,000 bail.

July 5, 12:50 p.m.: Tisha Marie Albers, 39, of Wilsonville, was arrested in the 29700 block of Southwest Montebello Drive on suspicion of second-degree intimidation. She was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail with bail set at $7,500.

July 7, 11:53 p.m.: Tyler Armonn Calvin Martin, 29, a transient, was arrested in the 30200 block of Southwest Boones Ferry Road on suspicion of parole violation, as well as probation violation on an earlier conviction for fourth-degree assault. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail without bail.

July 10, 7:38 p.m.: Carter Merriman Black, 28, of Wilsonville, was arrested at an apartment in the 25600 block of Southwest Canyon Creek Road on suspicion of fourth-degree assault under the Abuse Prevention Act. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail with bail set at $7,500.

July 10, 2:01 a.m.: Julie Muey Choy Saeteurn, 34, of Salem, was arrested at the intersection of Southwest Wilsonville Road and Boeckman Road on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants. Her blood alcohol level was measured at 0.18 percent; she was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on $7,500 bail.

July 11, 9:04 a.m.: Paul Thomas Visentine, 43, of Wilsonville, was arrested in the 8800 block of Southwest Ash Meadows Court on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants. His blood alcohol level was measured at 0.18 and he was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on $7,500 bail.

July 11, 11:25 p.m.: Todd Wallace Hasty, 47, of Wilsonville, was arrested at the intersection of Southwest Wilsonville Road and Orchard Drive on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and failure to perform the duties of a driver. His 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee was impounded with damage to the right side and Hasty was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail with bail set at a total of $22,500.

July 18, 11:18 a.m.: Michael Jackson Engleman, 43, of Oak Grove, was arrested in the 9600 block of Southwest Barber Street on outstanding warrants issued in Multnomah County charging him with failure to appear in court on initial charges of second-degree criminal trespassing. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail with bail set at a total of $2,468.

July 18, 9:15 p.m.: Richard Clayton Lee, 32, of Wilsnoville, was arrested in the 25400 block of Southwest 95th Avenue on suspicion of harassment and strangulation under the Abuse Prevention Act, both misdemeanor charges. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail with bail set at $15,000 total.

July 17, 7:39 p.m.: Alex Michael Halbeisen, residence given as “couch surfing,” was arrested in the 30000 block of Southwest Town Center Loop East on suspicion of recklessly endangering another person. No further details were given. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail with bail set at $7,500.

July 19, 2:16 p.m.: Tyler Guy Gamwell, 28, of Wilsonville, was arrested in the 30000 block of Southwest Parkway Avenue on an outstanding warrant issued by Molalla Municipal Court charging him with failure to appear in court. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail with bail set at $75,000.

THEFTS

July 9, 9:13 a.m.: A 2009 Mazda RX8 parked in the 26100 block of Southwest Canyon Creek Road was broken into and engine parts stolen from under the hood.

July 9, 1:50 p.m.: A 2005 Nissan Sentra parked in the 26100 block of Southwest Canyon Creek Road was damaged in an unsuccessful break-in attempt.

July 9, 5:36 p.m.: A 2000 Chevy Camaro was reportedly broken into with a screwdriver while parked in the 26300 block of Southwest Canyon Creek Road. The screwdriver was left on the seat.

July 10, 9:37 a.m.: A 1999 Subaru Impreza was broken into in the 26200 block of Southwest Canyon Creek Road. Sunglasses and Xanax were reportedly taken from inside.

July 10, 3:09 p.m.: A complainant reported her wallet was stolen at the playground in Murase Plaza. No suspect was identified. The leather wallet was valued at $150, while multiple credit, debit and gift cards were in the wallet.

July 11, 8:18 a.m.: A 2007 Nissan Versa parked in the 8500 block of Southwest Ash Meadows Road was broken into and a Garmin GPS unit stolen from inside.

July 11, 9:17 a.m.: A Subaru Impreza parked in the 8600 block of Southwest Ash Meadows Drive was broken into and a tool bag and sunglasses stolen from inside.

July 11, 11:11 a.m.: A 2000 Honda Civic parked in the 8600 block of Southwest Ash Meadows Drive was broken into and engine parts stolen.

July 11, 11:29 a.m.: A 2003 Subaru Impreza parked in the 8500 block of Ash Meadows Road was broken into and a speaker box and amplifier stolen from inside. Loss total estimated at $550.

July 11:10:38 p.m.: A Diamondback mountain bike worth an estimated $700 was stolen in the 9800 block of Southwest Wilsonville Road.

July 12, 11:23 a.m.: Mail theft was reported at a residence in the 10600 block of Southwest Wilsonville Road. No suspect was identified.

July 13, 1:29 p.m.: An X-Box video game system was reported stolen from the Fred Meyer store in the 30300 block of Southwest Boones Ferry Road. No suspect has been identified.

July 14, 11:27 a.m.: A case of identity theft was reported by a complainant at an apartment in the 8500 block of Southwest Ash Meadows Road. Someone used his social security number to file a fraudulent tax return in Idaho, where the victim has not lived since 2000.

July 14, 9:00 p.m.: The tires and wheels were stolen off a locked bicycle at the Fred Meyer Gas Station in the 9800 block of Southwest Wilsonville Road.

July 17, 3:26 p.m.: Mail theft was reported at an apartment in the 26000 block of Southwest Canyon Creek Road. No suspect was identified.

MISC.

July 8, 10:30 a.m.: A city of Wilsonville street sign was vandalized at the intersection of Southwest Wilsonville Road and Rose Lane.

July 13, 11:11 a.m.: a hit-and-run crash was reported at the intersection of Southwest Wilsonville Road and Interstate 5. The suspect continued east on Wilsonville Road following a collision and the victim was able to get a license plate number.

July 14, 3:19 p.m.: A city of Wilsonville street signed was vandalized with graffiti at the intersection of Southwest Wilsonville Road and Kolbe Lane.

July 16, 8:30 a.m.: A city of Wilsonville sign was reportedly vandalized with profane, anatomically themed graffiti at the skateboarding area in Memorial Park.

July 16, 1:21 p.m.: A baby changing table was vandalized in the women’s restroom at the SMART Central station on Southwest Barber Street. No suspect was identified.

July 16, 1:25 p.m.: A picnic table at the Wilsonville Library was reportedly vandalized with graffiti.

July 16, 10:01 p.m.: A hit-and-run was reported in the 30900 block of Southwest Boones Ferry Road. A Nissan Frontier sustained more than $1,500 worth of damage.

July 18, 8:30 a.m.: A hit-and-run was reported in the 30200 block of Southwest Boones Ferry Road. A rental car was damaged.

July 21, 4:29 p.m.: An 83-year-old woman reportedly caused a two-vehicle crash on Town Center Loop West when she turned left from Citizens Drive without properly yielding. No injuries were reported and the woman was sent to the DMV for re-testing.
