EGG HUNT — Marquis Wilsonville, a senior living facility, is hosting a free Easter event, with a 3:15 p.m egg hunt and refreshments; 30900 S.W. Parkway Ave., Wilsonville.

EGG HUNT — Wilsonville's annual Easter egg hunt begins at 10 a.m., with staged areas for kids 1-11 years old. Bring your basket to fill; prizes and gift baskets will be given away. No registration required. Memorial Park ball fields, 8100 S.W. Memorial Drive.

STATE OF THE CITY — Wilsonville Mayor Tim Knapp presents the State of the City Address, recapping the year and looking ahead, at the Wilsonville City Council meeting at 7 p.m. Wilsonville City Hall, 29799 Town Center Loop E.

THEATRICAL AUDITION — Join the team at WilsonvilleSTAGE for their next production, "Flaming Idiots," an award-winning farce. Prepare a one-minute comic farce monologue and be prepared for cold readings. The community theater company is also looking for an assistant director and state manager. Auditions are from 6:30-9 p.m. at Oregon School Activities Association, 25200 S.W. Parkway.

IRISH SOCIAL DANCE — Musicians Eddie Parente, Conor O'Bryan and Thom Dudley will perform at the Irish ceili social dance at Winona Grange, 8340 S.W. Seneca St., Tualatin. No experience or partner necessary, fun begins at 7:30 pm. and cost is $12 ($10 for seniors and students). HEART DISEASE — American Association of University Women Lake Oswego presents Dr. Kim-Hien T. Dao, who will speak about her cancer research on developing treatments for leukemia: "Clonal Hematopoiesis: A Newly Discovered Risk Factor for Blood Cancers and Heart Disease" at 10 a.m. April 14. The free talk will be held at Oswego Heritage House, 398 10th Street, Lake Oswego.

SPRING GARDEN FAIR — Clackamas County Master Gardeners is hosting its 34th annual garden fair, with vendors and 10-minute gardening classes. Also featured are an ask-a-master-gardener booth, activities for kids and an iris show. The fair is at the Clackamas County Event Center: 694 N.E. Fourth Ave., Canby. Saturday, May 5 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, May 6 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Admission is $5 and free for those under 16. Parking is free and there are ATMs on site.  The fairgrounds is a non-smoking facility, and no pets — service dogs only.

ART EXHIBIT — Oregon Comic book artist Tyler Crook opens "Skeletons: The spooky comic book of Tyler Crook," featuring pages from a comic book about Emmy, a young woman living in rural North Carolina during the 1930s who manifests magical powers around her 18th birthday. Emmy quickly learns her powers are linked to her town's dark past, and the goblins living in the nearby woods. The exhibition also explores the process of making a comic book page. Clackamas Community College's Alexander Gallery is free and open to the public, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. except for campus closures. The gallery is located in Niemeyer Center on the Oregon City campus, 19600 Molalla Ave., Oregon City.
