Lowrie Primary event fills school with parents, teachers and kids getting to know each other

The PTA introduces themselves at Lowrie Curriculum Night to spread awareness of upcoming events and fundraisers.

Families sat eagerly in classrooms on Sept. 21 at Lowrie Primary to learn about their children's upcoming year.

Teachers spoke to parents and guardians about what to expect during the school year at the annual Curriculum Night.

While some teachers showed videos, others prepared slideshows to present their plan for the 2017-18 academic school year. Teachers in grades 3-5 kicked off the night in classrooms. This was followed by kindergarten through second-grade, and then the evening concluded with the principal and community meet and greet.
