People were welcomed into Meridian's gym by the school band for the dedication Wednesday, Sept. 27.

Students, teachers and administrators at Meridian Creek Middle School were welcomed into the gym by the school band for the new school's dedication ceremony Wednesday, Sept. 27. Speeches and congratulations were given to students and staff, along with a dedicated plaque that will go on the outside of the school. The advanced choir and orchestra were also present and performed for the large crowd, making it an inclusive event for the entire school.
