The business is praised by Clackamas County for a 'wonderful, spectacular' food waste reduction program.Restaurants and other businesses in western Clackamas County are invited to the Commercial Composting and Food Waste Reduction Workshop set for 2-4:30 p.m. March 10 at Gubanc’s Pub & Restaurant, 16008 Boones Ferry Road, Lake Oswego.

Businesses that register and attend will receive a waste reduction kit from Clackamas County.

Republic Services also plan to award a free month of garbage service to a select Republic customer attending the event. Further, that customer also will be given a pair of tickets to the March 30 Portland Trail Blazers game with the Memphis Grizzlies.
