The Eichinger Building is being redeveloped from a one-floor industrial building into a three-floor mixed-use office space.
This office building includes plans for three large office suites on both the second and third floors for creative, community-minded businesses. The building totals 25,000 square feet, with office spaces ranging from 1,849 to 6,366 square feet. The Geode is scheduled for completion this November and is leasing now.

This new four-story office building includes retail and parking on the ground floor. It co-locates three nonprofits — Community Vision, FACT Oregon and Community Pathways — to provide wrap-around services for people with disabilities and their families. It includes an assistive technology discovery lab to connect people of all abilities with tools. This building is planned to serve as Portland's first fully universally-designed building, setting a standard for accessibility.
