Located on a full-block bordered by Southwest First and Southwest Second avenues and Southwest Columbia and Southwest Clay streets, the concrete mixed-use high-rise will feature 349 residential units and 14,277 square feet of ground-floor retail. The project scope includes the construction of a five-story podium, which will contain an above-grade parking garage with 326 vehicle spaces and long-term bike parking, and an L-shaped tower. The site formerly housed the studios of KOIN.
