Guerrilla Development's latest project, targeting a 2020 completion date, is a six-story, 43,000-square-foot building with five floors of office space over ground-floor retail. The 10,000-square-foot site, previously a vacant lot, is adjacent to the Morrison Bridge westbound on-ramp. Each floor of the building features recessed, oversized picture windows. The exterior of the building is being outfitted on all four sides with more than 50 cantilevered planters that will contain live trees.
