When completed in mid-2020, the mixed-use building will feature 130-units over ground-floor retail. The site is the result of the combination of three parcels, each of which previously held a single-family house, and is adjacent to the Killingsworth MAX light-rail station. Because the project falls under the city's inclusionary housing parameters, the developer plans on setting aside eight units for tenants who make 60% or less of the area's median family income. The remaining units will be market rate. With an eye toward serving Portland Community College students, the design includes some units with built-in furniture. On its website, project developer Ethos says the completed building will feature a motorcycle theme, with images by different famous moto-photographers on each floor and a custom motorcycle by Vernier Motorcycles located in a ground-floor lobby café.
