Four-phase project broke ground in summer 2018, scheduled for completion December 2020

The scope of the project consists of a new three-story, 128,000-square-foot building as well as renovations to update an existing commons building. The four-phase project broke ground in summer 2018 and is scheduled to be finished by December 2020. The project is one of several North Clackamas School District projects made possible when voters approved a $422 million construction bond in November 2016. During construction, classes have been held in portable classrooms on an athletic field that will be renovated as part of a final phase of work.
