Now with its brickwork finished, Mill Creek Residential's Modera Davis at the south end of the Pearl District is nearly complete. The 11-story mixed-use development at the intersection of Northwest 10th Avenue and Northwest Davis Street, features 204 apartment homes as well as more than 9,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Constructed to a LEED Silver standard with the goal of achieving Gold, Modera Davis has studio, one- and two-bedroom homes with an average square footage of 674. Lofts and open one-bedroom layouts are also available.
