Almost complete, this 12-story residential tower sits on a three-quarter block site with three levels of below-grade parking just yards from the 405 freeway. Modera Glisan is built around the former Touché bar, the site of an old firehouse whose historic brick façade has been preserved. Modera Glisan has 291 units with 201 parking stalls and retail at street level. The 145-foot-tall building for Mill Creek Residential Trust will include ground-floor retail or commercial space. The L-shaped tower has studio, one- and two-bedroom homes with an average of 715 square feet of space. There are also additional live/work spaces available. It will have a hotel-inspired pool deck on the 10th floor and a 12th floor, rooftop deck. Urban Works is leasing out the Touché space and the new development around it. Touché could be an event space or restaurant. Other street-level space in the Modera Glisan project could be retail or creative office space.
