What's new at Beaverton Farmers Market
Beaverton Farmers Market
We are opening our Summer Season in May with a 9 a.m. opening time and a larger market which will include the surrounding streets. We will continue to keep our customers safe by maintaining last year's Covid protocols including social distancing and mask requirements. In May we are excited to welcome back familiar vendors and new ones to the market.
A few favorites vendors will be returning after taking last year off like Blue Raeven Farmstand with their amazing berry pies, Smokin' Rose BBQ's delicious meats smoked in the Southern Pride pit, and Hoda's Middle Eastern Cuisine which serves up tasty Lebanese food.
Our market will also feature many exciting plant-based food vendors:
Cultured Kindness, a LGBTQ-owned artisanal vegan cheese maker.
"We hand produce a variety of fermented and aged cashew cheeses. Our goal is to make the world kinder and more sustainable one wheel of cheese at a time," Justin Miller, Owner and Cheesemaker said.
Mundus Foods, a 100% plant-based food company who believe in making local, sustainable and healthy comfort food accessible for all.
"Female founded and family operated, we produce delicious dairy-free creamery products and a variety of quick to make dry foods and beverages from our family to yours," Community and Logistics Director of Mundus Foods Rebecca Alexander said.
Thrilling Foods Bakon Strips "are the only whole food, plant-based bacon product that is traditionally salt cured and hickory smoked. The result is a healthy, harm-free, 99% authentic bacon-eating experience that requires no sacrifice from you or from our animal friends," Owner David Jones said.
