Beaverton Farmers Market returning to normal
Little by little, life has been returning to pre-COVID normal. For us at Beaverton Farmers Market, you will notice a few welcome changes in light of the governor's reopening announcement.
We have updated our mask policy to suggest wearing a mask, especially if unvaccinated, and we still encourage six feet distancing whenever possible. We have opened up the aisles and removed the one-way traffic pattern. Our on-site dining area has returned so market goers can enjoy their meals at the market while the park remains closed. Additionally, vendors can now sample products to customers. And we have brought back Market Sprouts Kid's Club and have weekly activities again, including market trivia and take-home activities, there are even prizes for participation.
We would like to extend a big THANK YOU to our loyal customers who have been patient and understanding while we navigated the state-issued mandates. We appreciate your concern for our vendors and showing support for the market during the pandemic. And to our vendors, THANK YOU, too. We realize having so many new protocols were challenging, and we were learning along with you as we worked together to bring the market to our customers.
While the sun is out, and people are once again together, now is the perfect time to visit Beaverton Farmers Market and feel the sense of community together with us!
