Time to get your mask out - no, not that mask, it's Halloween.

Our Activities Director Kate has a fun evening awaiting our residents and their families. It's been two years since we were able to fully celebrate Halloween and we are excited. On Halloween, selected families with children are coming to Beaverton Lodge to trick-or-treat with our residents who are already gearing up for the fun. They are making spooky displays around the Lodge and decorating their walkers, doors, tables and chairs in the Social Room. They are going to give out candy to the kids, too — that is if they don't eat it all first. Don't worry, we have enough. Plus, we will be watching a family-friendly Halloween movie every day from Oct. 16th to the 31st!

Halloween is a festive time and the beginning of the trifecta of fall holidays including Thanksgiving and Christmas. These holidays are meaningful to our residents who enjoy spending time with their families, especially their grandchildren and sharing stories from their lives. Together at Beaverton Lodge, we delight in hearing one another's stories and spending holiday time with each other.

If you are interested in community, independent living, give us a call at Beaverton Lodge. Living alone is lonely and expensive. At Beaverton Lodge, we have a full activities calendar, beautiful accommodations, restaurant-quality dining, and a community of seniors ready to welcome you with a friendly smile.
