The following reports were given to police in Beaverton, Tigard and Tualatin

BEAVERTON

Monday, July 30

• A Portland woman was arrested on charges of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after she returned uninvited at 1 a.m. into a bedroom after her mother expelled her from the house six months ago. The incident took place in the 5200 block of Southwest Barclay Court.

• A Portland man was arrested on charges of unauthorized use and possession of a stolen vehicle, and a transient woman on charges of carrying a concealed weapon and misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine, at Southwest 110th Avenue and Center Street.

• A transient man on a bicycle was arrested on a charge of felony possession of methamphetamine and a warrant in the 11000 block of Southwest Canyon Road.

• A 2018 blue Chevrolet Cruze was reported stolen in the 14000 block of Southwest Teal Boulevard, where the front door was found cracked open.

• A large construction trailer was reported stolen in the 13000 block of Southwest Sixth Street.

• A transient woman was arrested on charges of theft, interfering with police and resisting arrest at a business in the 11000 block of Southwest Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway.

Tuesday, July 31

• A 1984 Chevrolet S10 pickup truck was reported stolen in the 16000 block of Northwest Cornell Road.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief in connection with rock throwing that resulted in a baseball-sized hole in the windshield and dents in the hood of a parked car in the 14000 block of Southwest Murray Scholls Road.

• An iPhone X valued at $1,000 was reported stolen from a business in the 11000 block of Southwest Canyon Road after the thief used wire cutters.

• A transient man was arrested on a charge of offensive littering after he yelled at patrons at the Beaverton City Library, 12375 S.W. Fifth St., and then threw a beer down while walking away from police.

• A Lake Oswego man was arrested on multiple charges, including harassment, misdemeanor assault and strangulation, after he assaulted his niece in front of police in the 7700 block of Southwest Scholls Ferry Road.

Wednesday, Aug. 1

• A Beaverton man was arrested on a charge of felony possession of heroin and a warrant at the Allen Boulevard on-ramp to Highway 217 northbound.

• Two transient men were arrested on multiple charges after they eluded a police car, then attempted to ram another police car and force it off the road. The vehicle was stopped in the 11000 block of Southwest Scholls Ferry Road, and it turned up as stolen.

• A Portland man was arrested on a charge of felony possession of methamphetamine at a stop at Southwest Tualatin Valley Highway and 141st Avenue.

• Ten fraudulent checks, passed between July 23 and 31, were reported by a business in the 14000 block of Southwest Tualatin Valley Highway.

• A mobile phone valued at $500 was reported stolen from a locker at a business in the 13000 block of Southwest Meridian Street.

• A Portland man was arrested on a charge of felony possession of methamphetamine in the 3600 block of Southwest 170th Avenue.

• A white 2015 Toyota Camry was reported stolen after the keys were taken from a locker at a business in the 13000 block of Southwest Meridian Street.

Thursday, Aug. 2

• A Tigard man was arrested on multiple drug charges after a stop at Southwest Lee Avenue and Allen Boulevard frontage road.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on charges of felony strangulation and fourth-degree assault in an apartment complex in the 12000 block of Southwest Center Street.

• A Portland man was arrested on a charge of harassment after shoving his elderly mother in an apartment complex in the 7100 block of Southwest Oleson Road.

Friday, Aug. 3

• A transient man was arrested on charges of felony possession of heroin and methamphetamine after a traffic stop at Southwest Tualatin Valley Highway and 153rd Avenue led to a police dog detecting drugs in the driver's backpack.

• A laptop computer valued at $1,000 was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 9400 block of Southwest 164th Avenue.

• A mobile phone valued at $800 and other items were reported stolen from an unlocked rental car in the 14000 block of Southwest Teal Boulevard.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving after a gas station attendant called police. The man was arrested in the 8500 block of Southwest 147th Terrace.

• A car was spray-painted in the 6600 block of Southwest Canby Street.

Saturday, Aug. 4

• A Portland man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at Southwest Canyon Road and Canyon Lane.

• A Portland woman was arrested on charges of drunken driving and reckless driving after she struck construction barrels near Southwest Walker Road and Murray Boulevard.

• A black backpack was reported stolen from an unlocked car in an apartment complex in the 14000 block of Southwest Osprey Drive.

• Multiple walls were reported spray-painted in a shopping center in the 14000 block of Southwest Murray Scholls Drive.

• A transient man was arrested on multiple charges, including felony possession of methamphetamine, after police found him walking in the middle of the road at Northwest Schendel and 158th avenues.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on charges of misdemeanor strangulation and harassment after police responded to a domestic disturbance in an apartment complex in the 7800 block of Southwest Hall Boulevard, where police found him choking his girlfriend.

• A mobile phone valued at $1,200 was reported stolen in the 3500 block of Southwest Cedar Hills Boulevard.

Sunday, Aug. 5

• A Tigard man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at Southwest Scholls Ferry Road and Davies Road.

• An Oregon City man was arrested on a charge of felony possession of methamphetamine after a police dog detected the drug and a glass pipe with drug residue during a stop at Southwest Murray Boulevard and 6th Street. He was a passenger.

• A 2011 dark blue Dodge Avenger was reported stolen from a parking lot in the 1100 block of Southwest 170th Avenue.

TIGARD

Over the last week, Tigard police responded to the following: DUII – 1, Warrants – 2, Drug Offenses – 1 and Assault – 1.

Wednesday, Aug. 1

• A mother and her son reported seeing a mountain lion on the Fanno Creek Trail behind the library.

• A woman called to report someone tried to run both herself and her children over while they were waiting for a bus in the 11200 block of Greenburg Road.

• A resident who lost her purse at Washington Square later found several of her credit cards had charges on them.

• A burglary was reported in the 9400 block of Maplewood Drive.

• A man returning from work discovered a man inside his home with a knife. The man threw the knife at the reporting party and ran off.

Friday, Aug. 3

• Police responded to a call of several individuals in a Washington Square parking lot exchanging stolen goods.

• A resident in the 11700 block of Ashwood Court reported a bunch of chickens — an exact number was unknown — running around and wanted to know what can be done about it.

• Someone called to report he had been bitten by a dog on his leg and hip in the 13900 block of Pacific Highway.

• A car parked in the 17000 block of 92nd Avenue was broken into.

• A resident reported they gave money to someone who claimed they worked on behalf of the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office.

Saturday, Aug. 4

• Criminal mischief was reported in the 12100 block of Scholls Ferry Road after someone found that the windshield of a vehicle had been shattered. Witnesses say a tall skinny man in a purple SUV did the damage and drove away.

• Someone reportedly removed a window and entered one of the small buses parked at Westside Christian School.

• A resident reported her iPhone was stolen from a location in the 11500 block of Pacific Highway and had tracked it to a Newberg location.

• A resident in the 7800 block of Water Parsley Lane called to report the local homeowner's association cut down a tree on the reporting party's property.

• The theft of an Xbox and controller was taken from a business at Washington Square.

Sunday, Aug. 5

• A possible DUII was reported on Roy Rogers Road near Scholls Ferry Road. The person wasn't drunk but was given a warning.

• A man and woman were arrested into custody in the 13700 block of 110th Avenue after they were seen going in and out of a silver Suburban. While they claimed the vehicle belonged to one of their friends (and that it had run out of gas), it was discovered to have been stolen out of Beaverton.

• A neighbor's chickens were reported loose in person's yard in the 11700 block of Ashwood Court. While the homeowner asked the chicken's owners to pick up the birds, the owner refused.

Monday, Aug. 6

• A tenant in an apartment complex in the 11300 block of Greenburg Road was reported standing completely naked on their balcony.

• A transient sitting on a sidewalk was reported throwing shoes and yelling at a woman and her children.

• A fake $20 was reported given to a business in the 12300 block of Scholls Ferry Road.

• A case of harassment was reported in the 11500 block of Hall Boulevard after a resident reported that a neighbor attacked the caller's friend and tried to spit on the caller as well.

• Someone used a resident's Social Security number to open a Verizon account.

• A resident in the 12080 block of Main Street was reported huffing computer spray in the 12000 block of Main Street.

TUALATIN

Between July 31 and Aug. 6, Tualatin police responded to 605 calls for service including 20 traffic crashes and making nine arrests.

Monday, July 30

• A resident in the 22500 block of 96th Drive reported a burglary after someone entered a resident's garage and took credit cards and cash from his cars.

Tuesday, July 31

• Property was stolen from a vehicle parked in the 8800 block of Iowa Drive.

• Someone entered a vehicle in the 22200 block of Chilkat Terrace and stole items.

• A resident called to report their inheritance money had been removed from an account at a local bank.

Wednesday, Aug. 1

• A resident who lives in the 9300 block of Sagert Street was arrested on a variety of outstanding warrants for child sexual abuse.

Wednesday, Aug. 1

• A man and woman pushed a loss prevention person at the Fred Meyer store while attempting to steal candy.

• Someone entered a car parked in the 17400 block of 108th Place and took miscellaneous change worth about $20.

Friday, Aug. 3

• A Wilsonville man and Beaverton woman were arrested following a disturbance at the Tualatin Crawfish Festival.

• A transient was arrested in at 71st Avenue and Delaware Street on a probation violation.

• Tools were taken from a business in the 8400 block of Nyberg Street after someone used a ladder to climb over a fence and break into a truck and trailer.

Saturday, Aug. 4

• A man driving his car in a parking lot in the 19400 block of Martinazzi Avenue was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants.

• A man was arrested in the 7100 block of Sagert Street on a misdemeanor warrant and possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine.

• A man was found trying to open car doors in the 8600 block of Tualatin-Sherwood Road. He was taken into custody on various charges including receiving stolen property and interfering with a public safety officer.

• A transient was taken into custody in the 18700 block of Martinazzi Avenue after he broke into a vehicle and stole items.

• A transient was arrested at Warm Springs Street and Martinazzi Avenue on an outstanding felony warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

• A resident reported her purse was stolen from her vehicle parked in the 8000 block of Avery Street.
