The following reports were received by police in Beaverton, Tigard and Tualatin.

BEAVERTON

Monday, Sept. 10

• Damage topping $1,500 was reported to two vehicles parked in the 18000 block of Northwest Walker Road. Door handles were damaged on one vehicle, and three tires were slashed on the other.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on charges of possession of a stolen vehicle and criminal mischief after he agreed to buy a woman's car but failed to pay on time and started disassembling its engine in the 6000 block of Southwest Hall Boulevard.

• A Portland woman was arrested on a charge of theft in connection with items valued at $566 taken from a business in the 11000 block of Southwest Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway.

• A gray 2007 Volkswagen Jetta, newly purchased at auction, was reported stolen from a driveway in the 12000 block of Southwest Windmill Drive.

Tuesday, Sept. 11

• Lumber valued at $840 was reported stolen from a job site in the 15000 block of Southwest Wren Lane.

• A transient man was arrested on a charge of possession of counterfeit currency at Southwest 170th Avenue and Farmington Road.

• A man and woman, both from Portland, were arrested on charges of theft in connection with items valued at more than $300 taken from a business in the 11000 block of Southwest Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway.

• A laptop computer valued at $2,000 was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 2800 block of Southwest Hocken Avenue.

• A wallet was reported stolen from an unlocked locker at a business in the 11000 block of Southwest Murray Scholls Drive.

Wednesday, Sept. 12

• A Beaverton man was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief after he knocked on the wrong apartment door, threw rocks at it, then pried a screen off a bedroom window and broke the screen. Police said he was intoxicated — and was two doors down from the address on his driver's license in the 11000 block of Southwest Teal Boulevard.

• A Specialized Road bicycle valued at $3,500 was reported stolen from a garage in the 11000 block of Southwest Partridge Loop.

• A transient man was arrested on charges of robbery and theft after he snatched two packages from tenants. Police said he did so as a diversion from eating without paying at a restaurant in the 12000 block of Southwest Crescent Street and attempting to steal a mobile phone. Police found him at a business in the 12000 block of Southwest Canyon Road, where he reportedly stole a lock set.

Thursday, Sept. 13

• A Portland woman was arrested on a charge of drunken driving on the Sunset Highway westbound at Southwest Cornell Road.

• A Portland man was arrested on charges of drunken driving and reckless driving on the Sunset Highway eastbound at Northwest 185th Avenue.

Friday, Sept. 14

• A transient man was arrested on a charge of theft by receiving after he attempted to pawn a bicycle that he stole in Portland at a business in the 12000 block of Southwest Canyon Road. A transient woman accompanying him was arrested on two warrants and a charge of supplying false information.

• A white 1996 Honda Accord was reported stolen from the parking lot of a business in the 11000 block of Southwest Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway.

• A purse with $500 in cash was reported stolen in the 13000 block of Southwest Farmington Road.

• A set of Callaway golf clubs valued at $500 was reported stolen from a garage in the 14000 block of Southwest Sexton Mountain Drive.

Saturday, Sept. 15

• A Ukiah, Calif., man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at Southwest Murray Boulevard and Tualatin Valley Highway.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and improper use of emergency communications after he yelled at neighbors in the 9000 block of Southwest Parkview Loop and then declined to communicate except via 911.

• Break-ins were reported, and purses stolen, from three vehicles parked at Cedar Park Middle School, 11100 S.W. Park Way.

• Two backpacks with items valued at $1,000 were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 10000 block of Southwest Trapper Terrace.

Sunday, Sept. 16

• A satchel with a Nikon camera and Dell computer valued at more than $1,500 was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in a parking lot in the 13000 block of Northwest Science Park Drive.

• A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle parked in the 15000 block of Southwest Jenkins Road.

• A Tigard man was arrested on charges of drunken driving and reckless driving after a crash at Southwest Horizon Boulevard and Barrows Road.

TIGARD

Over the last week, Tigard police made the following arrests: DUIIs – 3, Warrants – 5, Fraud – 2, Drug Offense – 1, Driving While Suspended – 1, Assaults – 2, Restraining Order Violation – 1, Minor in Possession – 1, Thefts – 2, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon – 1 and Forgery – 1

Monday, Sept. 17

• A resident reported hearing a domestic dispute in the 11700 block of Warner Avenue. One individual was taken into custody after it was discovered they had an outstanding warrant out.

• A vehicle was reported stolen in the 12000 block of 135th Avenue.

Police responded to a fight in the parking lot of a restaurant in the 13000 block of pacific Highway.

• A motorist was reported beating on a passenger and passenger hitting the driving in the face as they drove near Pacific Highway and Hall Boulevard. Police took one of the individuals into custody.

• An individual at an apartment complex in the 11500 block of Hall Boulevard assaulted another individual in the face.

• Police responded to a report of someone being stabbed and another person being hit with a baseball bat in the 11500 block of Hall Boulevard.

Sunday, Sept. 16

• Two people were reported fighting in a stairwell in the 14640 S.W. 76th Avenue.

• An employee closing up at a business in the 14200 block of Pacific Highway called to report two individuals in a parking lot who might be high and are making her nervous. Police checked out the situation and everything appeared OK.

Saturday, Sept. 15

• A resident living in the 12500 block of North Dakota Street reported that the tires on her car had been slashed again.

• An employee at a business in the 12700 block of North Dakota reported a man outside (who was possibly drunk or high) who was aggressively shaking the door before the business was open.

• Police assisted Lake Oswego Police with a possible stolen vehicle where the caller said they saw the driver assault a female on the side of the road before crashing at Highway 217 and Kruse Way.

• A bicycle was reported stolen from a garage that was left open overnight in the 13400 block of Chelsea Loop.

• A woman reported a case of fraud after someone used her name to pick up a computer from Best Buy.

• A purse was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 14800 block of 132nd Terrace and another purse was taken from a locked car in the 7800 block of Dartmouth Street.

Friday, Sept. 14

• Police were called regarding a suspicious person scaring children to a point they began carrying scissors with them to take out the trash at an apartment complex in the 14100 block of 105th Avenue.

• Someone called with a second-hand report that a homeless person was camping behind a building in the 9600 block of Greenburg Road.

• Known shoplifters were reported outside a store in the 9400 block of Washington Square Road.

Wednesday, Sept. 12

• A business in the 12000 block of Main Street reported a transient sleeping inside his pickup truck. The individual was issued a warning.

• A man was reported urinating on the side of a building in the 12000 block of Main Street.

• A man reported his credit card had been used recently in the Tigard area.

• A known shoplifter was reported inside a store in the 9000 block of Hall Boulevard.

TUALATIN

From Sept. 11-17, Tualatin police responded to 440 calls for service, responding to 10 traffic crashes and making seven total arrests.

Tuesday, Sept. 11

• A man was cited and released on a driving under the influence of intoxicants charge at Tualatin-Sherwood Road and Martinazzi Avenue.

• A gray Samsung Galaxy smartphone was found in Jurgens Park and turned over to the Tualatin Police Department.

Wednesday, Sept. 12

• Someone stole a vehicle in the 8900 block of Sweek Drive as the victim installed carpet at an apartment complex.

• A motorist's car was impounded after he was stopped for speeding and discovered not to have insurance on the vehicle.

Thursday, Sept. 13

• A man contacted in the 19400 block of Boones Ferry Road was arrested and later lodged at Washington County Jail on an outstanding warrant as well as for shoplifting and being in possession of controlled substance (Xanax).

• A man reported that two unknown suspects approached him in front of Tualatin High School and threatened him with a pocket knife.

• A transient was placed under arrest on an outstanding warrant in the 18800 block of Martinazzi Avenue.

Friday, Sept. 14

• Officers assisted the Portland Police Bureau in locating a suspect in the 18500 block of 93rd Terrace who was later taken into custody based on a probable cause to arrest.

Saturday, Sept. 15

An employee at a restaurant in the 19300 block of Martinazzi Avenue found a bag of meth outside the business.

• A suspect was arrested at Sagert Street and 65th Avenue for failing to carry or present a driver's license, driving while suspended and interfering with a public safety officer.

• A vehicle was reported stolen from a residence in the 20500 block of 90th Avenue.

Sunday, Sept. 16

• A man was arrested in the 9700 block of Tualatin Road on a probation violation and being in possession of a property that didn't belong to him.
