Police now believe the victim to be Amy N. Low, 29; the condition of the body made a positive ID difficult.

An investigation into a body found at 12120 S.W. Allen Blvd. on Saturday, Nov. 17, has concluded that the deceased likely is Amy N. Low, 29, and that the cause of death was homicide.

Low's name had not been released until this week.

The state medical examiner conducted an autopsy on Monday, Nov. 19.

Beaverton Police officers were called to the residence on Nov. 17 and discovered the body. According to a press release, detectives believe the deceased is Low. "A positive identification has been difficult due to the condition of the body when discovered. Further test results are needed to make a one hundred percent confirmed identification," according to the release.

Further details are being withheld pending an investigation.
