BEAVERTON

Monday, Feb. 11

• Items valued at $2,400 were reported stolen from a model home in the 17000 block of Southwest Kite Lane.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on a charge of felony fourth-degree assault in the 11000 block of Southwest Davies Road in connection with a fight with his girlfriend.

• A laptop computer valued at $630 was reported stolen from a business in the 12000 block of Southwest Canyon Road.

• A rear bumper valued at $500 was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 3800 block of Southwest 117th Avenue.

• A transient man was arrested at the Beaverton Transit Center on a warrant and a charge of felony possession of cocaine.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on charges of felony strangulation, misdemeanor assault and harassment after he argued with a woman while driving, hit and spit on her near Southwest Farmington Road and Murray Boulevard.

• A Beaverton woman was arrested on a charge of drunken driving after she parked her car in the middle of the street at Southwest Davies Road and Deer Lane and told a witness she was drunk.

Tuesday, Feb. 12

• A register with $200 in cash was reported stolen from a business in the 4500 block of Southwest Angel Avenue.

• A Portland man was arrested on charges of burglary in connection with five incidents, including two in Hillsboro and one in Tigard.

• A transient man was arrested on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, and a stolen truck was recovered, in the 4400 block of Southwest 110th Avenue.

• A black 1996 Honda Civic was reported stolen from Southwest Center Street and 117th Avenue.

Wednesday, Feb. 13

• A transient man was arrested on a charge of first-degree theft in connection with the removal of a backpack containing a laptop computer valued at $1,000 from a business in the 3500 block of Southwest Cedar Hills Boulevard. A police dog assisted in the hunt.

• A stolen truck was recovered in the 200 block of Northwest Lost Springs Terrace, but a man fled on foot after being suspected of stealing from a nearby business.

Thursday, Feb. 14

• Someone threw a block into a window of a business in the 15000 block of Southwest Regatta Lane and caused damage estimated at $1,000.

• A Salem man was arrested on charges of unlawful entry into a vehicle and theft in connection with a break-in at Southwest Sapphire Drive and Murray Boulevard. A Tigard police dog helped find the man.

• A mobile phone valued at $750 was reported stolen from a display at a business in the 4000 block of Southwest 117th Avenue.

Friday, Feb. 15

• A Tigard woman was arrested on charges of drunken driving and reckless driving at Southwest Murray Boulevard and Beard Road.

• Five cars at a business in the 8800 block of Southwest Canyon Road were reported scratched with keys. Damage was estimated at between $10,000 and $25,000.

• A mobile phone valued at $1,100 was reported stolen from a display at a business in the 3200 block of Southwest Cedar Hills Boulevard.

• A drill and a nail gun valued at $300 were reported stolen from a business in the 5300 block of Southwest 107th Avenue.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on charges of assault and menacing in connection with an incident in the 11000 block of Southwest Steamboat Drive, where he pinned his girlfriend to the wall and threw her to the floor.

Saturday, Feb. 16

• A Beaverton man was arrested on charges of felony strangulation and harassment in connection with choking his girlfriend during a domestic dispute in the 600 block of Northwest 118th Avenue.

• Goods valued at $450 were reported stolen from a business in the 4000 block of Southwest Lombard Avenue.

• A Hermiston man was arrested on a misdemeanor domestic-violence assault charge at a business in the 15000 block of Northwest Gateway Court.

• Eight pairs of pants valued at $476 were reported stolen from a business in the 15000 block of Southwest Walker Road. Store staff recovered five other items.

• Tools valued at $350 were reported stolen from a business in the 4400 block of Southwest 110th Avenue.

Sunday, Feb. 17

• A Cornelius man was arrested on a warrant and a Forest Grove woman was arrested on a charge of felony possession of methamphetamine at a stop at Southwest Allen Boulevard and Lombard Avenue.

• A business in the 14000 block of Southwest Allen Boulevard was robbed of $593 when someone entered and pointed a handgun at an employee.

• A Hillsboro woman was arrested on a charge of drunken driving in connection with a three-car crash at Southwest Jenkins Road and Murray Boulevard.

• A Gresham man was arrested on charges of drunken driving, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person after a crash at Southwest Tualatin Valley Highway and Murray Boulevard.

• A Hillsboro man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at Southwest Canyon Road and 103rd Avenue.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on a charge of felony strangulation after a fight with his girlfriend in the 500 block of Southwest Valeria View Drive.

• A gray Trek road bicycle valued at $600 was reported stolen from an open garage in the 16000 block of West Baseline Road.

• Power tools valued at $300 were reported stolen from a home in the 300 block of Northwest 163rd Place.

• A red 2000 Honda CRV was reported stolen in the 2000 block of Southwest 79th Avenue.

• A mobile phone valued at $500 was reported stolen at the Howard M. Terpenning Recreation Complex, 15707 S.W. Walker Rd.

TIGARD

Over the last week, the following arrest charges were made by Tigard police: Arrest warrants, 12; assault, 4; domestic violence (strangulation), 1; domestic violence (harassment), 4; criminal mischief, 3; driving while suspended/revoked, 2; hit and run property damage, 1; DUII, 3; possession of a controlled substance, 3; robbery, 2; unlawful possession of a firearm, 1.

Tuesday, Feb. 12

• A resident in the 8800 block of Thorn Street reported that someone had stolen a battery-powered vacuum from his garage.

• A work crew reported a man beat on their truck and yelled at them at a tower site in the 11700 block of Pacific Highway.

Wednesday, Feb. 13

• A man was reported sleeping in a booth and refusing to leave at a restaurant in the 11400 block of Pacific Highway. When contacted by officers, he refused to take any resource information from them.

Someone was reported to have ransacked a car and stolen an ID badge from a vehicle parked in the 11800 block of 91st Avenue.

• A man reported sleeping at a table in the lobby of a business in the 11600 block of Pacific Highway was "trespassed" from the location.

• Medications and an Xbox were reported stolen from a resident in the 10600 block of 121st Avenue.

Someone was reported to have taken street signs from Briarwood Place .

Quarters were taken from a locked laundry room at an apartment complex in the 14500 block of Hall Boulevard.

• A man was taking into custody in the 12200 block of Scholls Ferry Road for theft.

• An RV was reported to have hit a car and fence as it tried to go through a drive-through in the 13100 block of Pacific Highway.

• A man who store personnel tried to detain on suspicion of theft threatened them with pepper spray and took off. He was later arrested and taken to Washington County Jail.

• A resident in the 8900 block of Commercial Street told police raccoons were ripping her house apart and just chased some out after they got inside.

Thursday, Feb. 14

• Someone called to report two men looking into vehicles in the 12800 block of Chicory Court. They were seen fleeing from the side of property on 127th Avenue.

• A vehicle in the 12800 block of Chicory Court was reported broken into with a cell phone and credit cards taken. Later, the credit cards were discovered to have $5,000 worth of charges on them. • • Meanwhile, the victim was able to track his phone to an address in Portland.

• A resident in the 12800 block of Chicory Court reported missing papers from an unlocked vehicle and also reported finding a charger cord in her driveway.

• A resident in the 11000 block of 106th Avenue reported a man who appeared to be casing a neighborhood and asked if the caller was married.

• A caller reported that a man in a trench coat in the 9000 block of Hall Boulevard appeared to be carrying a rifle. Police investigating the incident discovered it was an umbrella.

Friday, Feb. 15

• A man was reported sleeping on a pile of clothes behind a clothing shed in the 13700 block of Pacific Highway.

• A vehicle was reported stolen from the 13400 block of Hawks Beard Street.

• A set of Beats headphones were reported stolen from a business in the 11500 block of Pacific Highway.

• A vehicle with a trailer on it was reported stolen from the 14865 block of 74th Avenue.

• A storage unit was reported to have been broken into in the 12100 block of Hall Boulevard.

• A tool shed in the 10600 block of 121st Avenue was reported to have been broken into.

• Vehicles were reported stolen from the 10200 block of Greenburg Road and the 7800 block of Dartmouth Street.

• Employees of a business in the 10700 block of Greenburg Road were reported fighting. One was detained.

Saturday, Feb. 16

• An intoxicated man called police to say a bouncer in the 11500 block of Pacific Highway had hit him in the face then hung up.

• A motorist at 108th Avenue and Durham Road was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and transported to Washington County Jail.

• A resident in the 11600 block of Hall Boulevard reported that several vehicles pulled up and were snooping around vacant houses. When contacted, the group was apparently filming a rap video and was asked to leave.

• A gold 1996 Honda was reported stolen from the 10300 block of Greenburg Road.

• A woman detained for alleged shoplifting was fighting with loss prevention personnel at Washington Square Mall. The woman was eventually arrested and personnel were waiting for her to be taken to jail.

• A man was reported screaming at a bus driver before throwing a bottle at him in the 8900 block of Commercial Street. He was detained after it was discovered he had a warrant out for his arrest and was taken to Washington County Jail.

Sunday, Feb. 17

• Someone called to report a box on fire and a man walking away from it at a business in the 11900 block of Pacific Highway.

• A resident in the 14100 block of 80th Court reported he had a video of unknown individuals opening every single mailbox in area and taking mail.

• A 1990s silver Honda CRV was reported stolen from a driveway in the 14000 block of Fanno Creek Place.

• A man took was reported to have stolen clothing and attempted to take a camera system from a business in the 7800 block of Dartmouth Street. He was accompanying by a woman and employees said the couple had previously assaulted a store employee. The merchandise was later recovered but they couldn't find the man involved. The woman was "trespassed" from the store.

• A theft involving a DVD player was reported from a store in the 7600 block of Dartmouth Street.
