Westside Chamber Orchestra and iSing Choir will appear at Beaverton church April 6 and 7 to raise funds for arts center.

Free public performances by the iSing Choir and the Westside Chamber Orchestra will benefit fundraising for the Patricia Reser Center for the Arts.

Performances are scheduled at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 6, and 3 p.m. Sunday, April 7, at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 10390 S.W. Canyon Rd., Beaverton. Donations will be accepted at the door.

The chamber orchestra will celebrate the music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

The iSing Choir consists of volunteers who offer free performances to benefit local organizations.

The proposed arts center in Beaverton is slightly more than $5 million short of its fundraising target of $46 million. Supporters hope to break ground in the fall for the project, which is envisioned for completion in spring 2021.
