The following incidents were reported by police in Beaverton, Tigard and Tualatin.

Beaverton

Monday, June 3

• A Beaverton man was arrested on charges of reckless driving and attempting to elude police after a stop at Southwest Murray Boulevard and Weir Road. He eluded police after the stop but was arrested at his home.

• Dental tools valued at $900 were reported stolen from an office in the 13000 block of Northwest Cornell Road.

• A 2005 dark green Toyota Sienna van was reported stolen in the 9900 block of Southwest 125th Avenue.

Tuesday, June 4

• A backpack and a laptop computer were reported stolen at Southridge High School.

• A Portland man was arrested on charges of identity theft and four warrants, and a Portland woman was arrested on a warrant, at Southwest 117th Avenue and Canyon Road.

• A transient man was arrested on charges of theft and aggravated identity theft at a store in the 3100 block of Southwest Cedar Hills Boulevard. Police found multiple credit cards in his backpack in addition to goods valued at $182.

• A woman walked off with an air fryer and stand mixer valued at $700 from a store in the 2700 block of Southwest Cedar Hills Boulevard.

Wednesday, June 5

• A Beaverton woman was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at Southwest 160th Avenue and Shaw Street.

• A gray 2015 Honda Civic was reported stolen in the 4400 block of Southwest 148th Avenue.

• A Gresham woman was arrested on charges of identity theft and felony possession of methamphetamine at the Beaverton Transit Center.

Thursday, June 6

• A 1998 blue Subaru Legacy was reported stolen in the 8600 block of Southwest Cascade Avenue.

Friday, June 7

• A wallet was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 4500 block of Southwest 99th Avenue.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on charges of drunken driving and reckless driving at Southwest Hall Boulevard and Brightfield Circle.

• A transient woman was arrested on a charge of theft when she used a suitcase to remove clothing valued at $280 from a store in the 3800 block of Southwest 117th Avenue.

Saturday, June 8

• A man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving after a crash at the Southwest 158th Avenue MAX station.

• A transient man was arrested on charges of theft, criminal trespass and identity theft in connection with the removal of goods valued at $866 from a store in the 15000 block of Southwest Walker Road. Police found multiple identifications and credit cards.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on charges of drunken driving and reckless driving after he nearly struck a police car head-on in the 12000 block of Southwest Colony Lane.

• A backpack and camera equipment valued at $5,000 were reported stolen from the open front door of an apartment in the 4500 block of Southwest Angel Avenue.

• An Aloha man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at Sunset Highway westbound at Southwest 185th Avenue.

Sunday, June 9

• A Portland man was arrested on charges of drunken driving and reckless driving at Southwest Greenway Boulevard and Steamboat Drive.

• A purse with contents valued at $224 was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle with its windows down at Southwest 144th Avenue and Tualatin Valley Highway.

TIGARD

Over the last week, Tigard police made 27 arrests, of which there were the following charges: arrest warrant, 11; DUII, 8; shoplifting, 4; reckless driving, 2; and theft, 2.

Tuesday, June 4

• A man was reported touching himself in the 12000 block of Main Street.

• Three counterfeit $20 were reported having been spent at a business in the 15500 block of Pacific Highway. An employee reported they discovered the bills after a customer returned one the next day.

• A quad vehicle was reportedly stolen from a location in the 10300 block of Cascade Avenue.

• A Portland woman was cited for the theft of $657 worth of clothing from a store at Washington Square Mall.

• A woman reported a man continually called her the "N" word and followed her as she cut through an apartment complex in the 10900 block of Gaarde Street.

• A Tigard man was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Washington County discovered after being contacted about an alleged attempted theft of a rental car in the 11500 block of Pacific Highway.

Wednesday, June 5

• Officers arrested a woman they saw walking near Greenburg Road and 90th Avenue, knowing she had several outstanding warrants out for her arrest.

• Someone reported a homeless man passed out on a picnic table behind a building in the 14900 block of 109th Avenue. The caller said there has been an ongoing problem with drugs, the homeless and people stealing in the area.

• A man was reported swinging a knife around near Royalty Parkway and Pacific Highway, saying he was going to stab the next person who made him angry.

• A locked bicycle was reported stolen in front of a location in the 13600 block of Pacific Highway.

Thursday, June 6

• A Beaverton woman was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants after being stopped for a faulty brake light in the 11700 block of Pacific Highway. Her blood alcohol content was .10%, above the legal limit of .08%.

• A man carrying a backpack was reported trying to break into a truck in the 9300 block of Maplewood Drive before he was driven away by the owner.

• A light purple 2000 Honda Civic was reported stolen from apartments in the 11500 block of 88th Avenue.

• A woman reported that $2,700 in cash was taken from her room in the 13000 block of 68th Avenue.

• Someone reported a shopping bag containing two shirts and cosmetics was taken after they were set down temporarily at a coffee shop at Washington Square Mall.

• A man reported that the occupant of another vehicle threw a rock at his window as he was pulling into a gas station in the 15000 block of 72nd Avenue in an apparent case of road rage.

Friday, June 7

• A Tigard woman was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants after she was observed swerving all over the road at Pacific Highway and Warner Avenue. Her blood alcohol limit was .16%, twice the legal limit.

• A woman reported someone broke into her hotel room in the 13000 block of 68th Parkway Avenue and 12500 block of Hall Boulevard and took everything there.

Someone reported an employee came into a business in the 12500 block of Hall Boulevard and ransacked the place. It was unknown if anything was taken.

• An attempt was made to enter a business in the 8400 block of Hunziker Road where windows in the building had been broken. In addition, a nearby pickup was broken into with several items removed.

• A pawn shop owner in the 11900 block of Pacific Highway discovered a bike a woman was trying to sell had been stolen from a bike shop in Portland.

• A business owner on Main Street reported someone called claiming to be from PGE and said they needed a $900 money order to pay for a bill. Owner didn't fall for it.

Sunday, June 9

• Two vehicles parked in a driveway in the 13700 block of Leah Terrace were reported broken into.

Someone reported a homeless camp at Tigard and Katherine streets. A resident reported that an intoxicated man approached the couple and later followed them, making them feel intimidated.

• Camping gear was reported stolen from a vehicle parked in the 9900 block of Walnut Street.

• Officers arrested a Gladstone man for reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants after he was found driving erratically with his hazard lights on. The driver refused sobriety tests and was later found to be in possession of methamphetamine.

• A suspicious person was reported walking on Beef Bend Road towards Roy Rogers Road who kept following her and a friend. When they'd walk fast, the man would keep up with them.

• Two suspicious men were reported walking back and forth towards an elderly woman's house in the 11900 block of Lincoln Avenue. When asked about what they were doing they began threatening and swearing at the reporting party.

• A man was arrested in the 9900 block of North Dakota Street for driving under the influence of intoxicants after someone called about a disturbance involving two men who threatened to kill someone.

Monday, June 10

• Two women who allegedly stole $300 worth of clothing were chased through the parking lot of Washington Square Mall.

• A resident reported a case of fraud after receiving a bill from PayPal for an account she didn't open. The bill stated she owed $1,500 with several transactions made to a ride sharing company.

• A victim reported a stolen backpack with a wallet, taken after her vehicle had been broken into.

The window of a vehicle parked in the 12200 block of Main Street was reported to have been broken into with a computer case and electronic items totaling $1,500 stolen.

TUALATIN

From June 4 through 10, Tualatin police responded to a total of 597 calls including responding to 11 traffic crashes and making six arrests.

Tuesday, June 4

• A man was arrested in the 18600 block of Boones Ferry Road on a misdemeanor warrant out of Multnomah County.

• A resident reported that someone broke into their vehicle in the 5200 block of Greenwood Circle.

• Someone broke into a car parked in the 20200 block of Comanche Terrace and stole registration from the vehicle.

• A vehicle parked in the 5200 block of Bushbaum Court was broken into and a credit card taken.

Someone entered a vehicle parked in the 5200 block of Greenwood Circle but didn't steal anything.

Wednesday, June 5

• Two unknown individuals stole seven 50-gallon recycling bins full of glass bottles from a beverage bottling company in the 12200 block of Myslony Street.

• A stolen vehicle was recovered in the 14800 block of Sequoia Parkway.

Thursday, June 6

• A vehicle was reported stolen from in front of a home in the 5300 block of Joshua Street.

Someone reportedly broke into a vehicle parked in the 5700 block of Lee Street.

• A man was arrested in the 221 block of First Avenue for tampering with a witness.

Friday, June 7

• Police responded to a call of a theft from a vehicle in the 4400 block of Joshua Street after someone stole a garage door opener. The suspect used the device to open the garage.

• Someone stole a license plate off a vehicle parked in the 17900 block of 115th Avenue.

• A driver's license, credit cards, an iPhone and car keys were stolen from a building in the 7400 block of Nyberg Street.

• A grocery store in the 7300 block of Bridgeport Road reported an employee had discovered several counterfeit bills on the floor of the business.

• A suspect who set a fire in the brush of the Tualatin Greenway trail was cited and "trespassed" from the location.

Saturday, June 8

• A resident reported his engine control module was stolen from his vehicle parked in the 18800 block of Teton Avenue.

Sunday, June 9

• An individual was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

• A man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine in the 17700 block of Boones Ferry Road.

• A woman was arrested on a charge of first-degree theft (by deception) after being found in possession of counterfeit U.S. currency.

Monday, June 10

• A man was arrested for third-degree robbery, disorderly conduct and menacing at a retirement center in the 19200 block of 65th Avenue.
