Witness say unidentified suspect 'acting suspicious' inside Nordstrom Rack on Saturday.

VIA BEAVERTON PD - Police are searching for a man who was allegedly taking invasive photos of a female customer inside a Nordstrom Rack in Beaverton. The Beaverton Police Department is hunting for a man suspected of taking "up-skirt" photographs of an unwitting customer at a local clothing retailer.

A witness told authorities that a man was "acting suspicious" inside a Nordstrom Rack, 9125 S.W. Cascade Ave., around 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 20.

Police say the witness saw the man taking the invasive photos of a female customer.

"The witness verbally confronted the suspect who then fled the store," officers said.

The suspect is believed to be a "stocky" Hispanic man, in his mid 20s or early 30s, standing about five-feet, ten inches tall, weighing 200 to 215 pounds with dark brown or black hair in a "clean cut" and parted to the side.

The man was last seen wearing light-colored shorts, a navy or dark gray t-shirt, white and black slip-on sandals and back glasses.
