The following reports were issued by police in Beaverton, Tigard and Tualatin.

BEAVERTON

Monday, July 22

• A Beaverton man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at Southwest Farmington Road and Murray Boulevard.

• A rental vehicle was reported stolen in the 14000 block of Southwest Tualatin Valley Highway.

• An onboard diagnostic scanner valued at $2,000 was reported stolen when someone broke into a car parked at a business in the 14000 block of Southwest Tualatin Valley Highway.

• A Beaverton woman was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and failure to report properly after she struck a retaining wall and damaged landscaping at the Tualatin Valley Water District office on Southwest 170th Avenue.

• A transient woman was arrested on a charge of theft in connection with the removal of computer equipment valued at $420 from a store in the 3000 block of Southwest Cedar Hills Boulevard.

• A man from San Jose, Calif., was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and harassment in connection with getting drunk, attempting to start fights and threatening an employee in the 13000 block of Southwest Meridian Street.

Tuesday, July 23

• Tools valued at $3,350 were reported stolen from a van in the 8300 block of Southwest Cirrus Drive. A similar break-in was reported in the 9300 block, although police said low-value items were reported stolen.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on a charge of felony possession of methamphetamine in the 8400 block of Southwest Hemlock Street.

• Someone used a rock to damage car doors in the 4100 block of Southwest 117th Avenue, loss estimated at $500, while the owner was in a restaurant.

• A Sherwood man was arrested on charges of unlawful use of pepper spray, reckless endangering others and menacing in connection with a road-rage incident at Southwest Murray Boulevard and Farmington Road.

Wednesday, July 24

• A Beaverton woman was arrested on charges of drunken driving, reckless driving and failure to perform driver duties in connection with crashing into vehicles parked in the 9500 block of Southwest 146th Terrace.

• An Aloha woman was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor assault in connection with biting and hitting her ex-girlfriend at Southwest Crystal Street and Scholls Ferry Road.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on multiple charges, including drunken driving and reckless driving, in connection with striking two mailboxes and hitting the back of a parked car near Southwest Wilson and Hart roads.

Thursday, July 25

• A Forest Grove woman was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of marijuana, reckless driving and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance at the Sunset Highway eastbound at Skyline Boulevard.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at Southwest Kilchis Street and Murray Boulevard.

• A transient woman was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of controlled substances and misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine at the Sylvan exit of Sunset Highway westbound.

• A wallet and mobile phone valued at $700 were reported stolen from a store in the 3000 block of Southwest Cedar Hills Boulevard.

• An attempted break-in resulted in damage estimated at $1,000 to an apartment in the 4100 block of Southwest Hocken Avenue.

Friday, July 26

• A transient man was arrested on a charge of identity theft at Southwest Hall Boulevard and 1st Street.

• Headphones and other items valued at $300 were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 12000 block of Southwest 10th Street.

• A Chehalis, Wash., man was arrested on multiple drug charges, including felony possession and distribution of heroin and methamphetamine, at Southwest Canyon and Walker roads.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor assault in connection with pushing a woman face first into a wooden door in an apartment in the 13000 block of Southwest Farmington Road.

• A Woodburn man was arrested on charges of embezzlement and fraudulent use of a credit card in connection with the theft of $2,500 from his employer in the 7700 block of Southwest Cirrus Drive.

Saturday, July 27

• A Beaverton man was arrested on a charge of being a felon in possession of a weapon at Southwest Tualaway Avenue and Tualatin Valley Highway.

• A Portland man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving after a crash at Southwest Davies and Scholls Ferry roads.

• Goods valued at more than $1,000 were reported stolen from a store in the 4400 block of Southwest 110th Avenue.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at Highway 217 southbound at Southwest Hall Boulevard.

Sunday, July 28

• A Portland man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at Highway 217 southbound and Southwest Allen Boulevard.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on charges of drunken driving and reckless driving at Southwest Murray Boulevard and Millikan Way.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at Southwest Canyon Road and 117th Avenue.

• A transient man was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, unlawful use of a weapon and harassment after he yelled at customers in a coffee shop in the 4000 block of Southwest 117th Avenue, threw a metal chair and hit two people.

• A black trailer was reported stolen from a lot in the 7700 block of Southwest Nimbus Avenue.

• A Hillsboro woman was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at Northwest Walker Road and 185th Avenue.

• Two transients, a man and a woman, were arrested on charges of theft in separate shoplifting incidents at a store in the 11000 block of Southwest Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway.

TIGARD

Over the last week, Tigard police made 20 arrests, among them were for the following charges: arrest warrants, 7; theft/shoplifting, 4; criminal trespassing, 2; forgery, 2; hit and run (vehicle property), 2; identity theft, 2; reckless driving, 2; and theft (other).

Thursday, July 25

• A resident reported someone was using their credit card information in California.

• A manager at a Washington Square Mall store reported someone walking out with three golf clubs they did not pay for.

• A barkdust fire was reported at Highway 99W and Royalty Parkway.

Friday, July 26

• Someone forced open a garage door in the 14900 block of 106th Avenue, removing a backpack and lap top.

• A man was reported sleeping in the gazebo over the pond in a common area in the 10200 block of Nimbus Avenue. Police reported the man was cooperative and left without incident.

• A coyote was reported running around in the street at 98th Avenue and Sattler Street before running toward the golf course.

• An Oakridge man who was arrested for shoplifting about $200 worth of clothes at the Washington Square Mall was also discovered to have a warrant out for his arrest out of Lebanon.

• A man and woman were reported to have stolen more than $500 in cosmetics from a Washington Square Mall store.

• A couple were reported "having relations" on top of a vehicle parked in the 12200 block of Hall Boulevard.

Saturday, July 27

• A resident reported her car had been "keyed" while parked in the 7600 block of Dartmouth Street.

• Officers arrested a Tigard man for possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), criminal mischief and reckless driving following a report that a SUV had crashed into foliage in the front yard of a residence in the 10100 block of McDonald Street. The suspect allegedly threw a bag filled with cash and drugs over the homeowner's fence before officers arrived.

• A man who believes he left his wallet on a counter at a convenience store in the 10700 block of Greenburg Road reported several charges were later made on his debit card.

• A Washington Square Mall customer being aggressive to sales staff was asked to leave. The man, who claimed to be a police officer, threatened loss prevention staff with violence and pretended to reach for a weapon. He later boarded a bus and left.

• A woman reported a lost or stolen ring valued at $2,700, which she removed while tanning at a business in the 14200 block of Barrows Road.

Sunday, July 28

• A resident in the 12500 block of Quail Creek Lane called police to report that a neighbor told her someone had opened her garage door the night before when she wasn't home. The resident didn't report anything missing.

• A resident called to report they thought that the person they purchased a vehicle from may have tampered with the odometer.

TUALATIN

Between July 23 and 29, Tualatin police responded to 581 total calls for service. Those included making 10 arrests and responding to 17 traffic accidents.

Monday, July 22

• Tualatin police found property related to an Oregon City burglary.

• A business in the 8900 block of Sweek Drive reported the theft of a high-value playing card.

• Police arrested an individual in the 19400 block of Martinazzi Avenue for fourth-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest.

Tuesday, July 23

• A Tualatin resident reported the theft of her wallet containing her Oregon driver's license and credit cards while shopping at a business in the 19900 block of Tualatin-Sherwood Road. The victim's credit card was subsequently used to make a $2,799 purchase from the Bridgeport Village Apple Store.

• Police investigated a case of forgery where an unknown person cashed a fraudulent check that contained the victim's account information, address and signature.

Wednesday, July 24

• Numerous Credit cards each were taken from separate wallets inside unlocked vehicles parked in the 8600 and 8700 blocks of Tualatin-Sherwood Road, the 7041 block of Nyberg Street and the 7200 block of Bridgeport Road. The cards were later used to purchase items at various Tualatin stores.

• A vehicle smashed into a group of mailboxes in the 17800 block of Upper Boones Ferry Road before fleeing the scene.

• Items were reported taken from a vehicle parked in the 18300 block of Boones Ferry Road.

A motorist reported someone had thrown a rock at their vehicle driving north on Highway 99W.

Thursday, May 25

• A man contacted on an outstanding warrant for his arrest resisted arrest and engaged in violent behavior with police in an attempt to evade capture.

• A woman reported a backpack containing her wallet and purse was stolen from a store in the 19200 block of Martinazzi Avenue.

Friday, July 26

• A resident reported someone took $200 from them on July 21.

• A man was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving while suspended in the 8300 block of Mohawk Street.

• A business owner in the 18800 block of Martinazzi Avenue reported the theft by deception after a group of individuals falsely told her they were PGE employees.

Saturday, July 27

• An individual was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Washington County for offensive littering and on a parole violation detainer.

Sunday, July 28

• A woman and her child were found sleeping in the grass amid water sprinklers near Meridian Park Hospital. They were taken home via courtesy transport.

• A man located and recovered his stolen Apple iWatch. The suspect was arrested /cited for second-degree theft.

Monday, July 29

• Unknown individuals entered a victim's vehicle in the 19300 block of 65th Avenue and removed a large backpack containing several hundreds of dollars worth of property.

• Two individuals were arrested in the 7000 block of Nyberg Street. One was charged with second-degree theft and shoplifting. The other was charged with the same crimes along with being in possession of both heroin and methamphetamine.
